Upstairs, a bedroom has a desk and seating area, making the room flexible to your needs. The Room & Board convertible sofa becomes a full size bed and has a mattress topper for additional comfort. A blue and white hall bath has a tub/shower and built in linen closets, providing plenty of storage. A large and bright Queen bedroom has a reading area by the window and a substantial closet. The lakefront Queen bedroom offers large windows, reading lights over the bed and ample storage; its attached bathroom has a beautiful shower with stone and exposed wood.

When you make your way to the walkout basement, you'll want to get comfortable on the oversize sectional. A nearby game table is perfect for puzzles, card games, or art projects with the kids. A full bath is down the hall. The studio apartment is thoughtfully designed and as you enter from the door to the outside patio, there is a comfortable seating area with large windows, a well-stocked kitchenette (including dishwasher, two-burner stovetop and refrigerator), and a table for two.
