This is a brand new, fully furnished, 2 story house in the woods!
It is located directly on the 4-wheeler/ATV and snowmobile trails and there is plenty of parking for trucks/trailers ATV's and snowmobiles!
It is right down the road from Coachlight and Pine Tree - two of the main restaurants and bars in the area and only about 1 mile from Brantingham Lake access!
It is BRAND NEW construction and just completed in spring 2023! It's beautiful, modern and very peaceful. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a pullout couch in the upstairs living room and another in the downstairs living room to comfortably accommodate 8 adults.
There are full bathrooms on both levels of the house.

Luxury Comfort
We rented this for the extended President’s Day Weekend. The description was completely accurate and exceeded our expectations. This is a modern rental but gives you the comforts of home feel. Our family and the family that joined us couldn’t get over the comfort of the beds and the little details throughout the property. We can say without a doubt we look forward to renting this property again!

Adirondack home
We had the pleasure of staying in this home in the Adirondacks- it was incredibly clean, well furnished and very private. It was convenient to the event we were attending in the area. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting that area!
