This cozy 1600 sqft contemporary Adirondack home in Northville is on 3.7 private acres and includes access to 10 feet of lake frontage on the Great Sacandaga Lake, just a quiet short walk away. The house is private with a wraparound porch, perfect for your morning coffee.

Take a short 5-minute drive to the Northville village for a bite to eat. While you're there, visit the oldest five and dime in America, gift/souvenirs shops, or local grocery stores.
This home consists of 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2 full bathrooms, and an open concept living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prep your family breakfast, lunch or dinner (including coffee pot, microwave, pots /pans, dinnerware, cooking utensils etc). There is a kitchen island with high-top seating for 4 and additional seating for six at the dining table. The living area features cathedral ceilings and sliding door access to the wraparound porch. Play a game of chess or choose from our array of fun family games left for you to enjoy. Watch a flick on the large Flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and many other streamed networks. There is a Flat screen TV in the living area, loft area, and the downstairs bedroom. A 9ft brunswick pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table are available for your use in the unfinished basement as well. House has heat and central air conditioning , WiFi, and a washer and dryer (located in the basement).
Accommodations:
House comfortably sleeps 10 however there is an additional full size mattress in a closet that may be used for one or two additional people.
The maximum occupancy is 12 people.

-Queen bedroom #1 is upstairs (sleeps 2)

Policies
- no cigarette smoking allowed anywhere on our property as the smell from clothing will seep into the walls/furniture and is very hard to remove - we will retain the $250 deposit if there is any sign of cigarettes.
- no parties or 3rd party visitors
- no pets
- child supervision is recommended for the downstairs Recreational area
- do not place drinks on the pool table, in order to avoid spills that will be very difficult to clean

Do not miss!
Do not miss! Booked this property for a group of 5 and it was absolutely perfect. The check in was quick and the house was set up exactly how it shows in the pictures. The rooms are comfortable and overall the house is furnished beyond expectations. With the fully equipped kitchen, we had no issues cooking a Thanksgiving meal. The wrap around porch is a true highlight, with ample sitting options. We had great fun sitting around the bonfire area outside. The lake access is barely a 2 min walk and it is a surreal spot to sit and enjoy the views. The activities in the basement are well maintained and in great working condition, we spent evenings playing billiards downstairs!
Overall, a place I would definitely recommend and visit more often!

Beautiful Rental! Great Amenities!
We had a great weekend in Northville once again. This home is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need. I especially loved the gas stove. The game room was perfect for a rainy day inside. Our host Rebecca was very informative and wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this home for your next ADK adventure. Hopefully it will be available again for us next fall. Thank You! Armbrust Family

*Fantastic* house
What a wonderful place to stay — we didn’t want to leave. The house itself is spacious and so stylishly decorated. The wraparound porch and fire-pit seating area really bring your stay outside the four walls and make nature feel like part of your stay too. Our kids (4 and 6 years old) loved the huge yard (and corn hole), campfires, bunking in the bunks beds and the small lakefront section a short walk away. They also were obsessed with watching grownups play pool downstairs in the basement, and loved the foosball and pingpong tables for themselves. The WiFi worked well, the grandparents had no trouble streaming their football games on their YouTube TV account. The only downside of our stay was that it couldn’t last longer!
