The cottage is conveniently located less than one mile north of Lake George Village, which hosts a range of local attractions. It’s so close that you can leave your car at your cottage and walk or take the trolley to explore the Lake George area!
Cottage Eight is a 2 room unit cabin that has 4 double beds along with a full kitchen that has everything you need ranging from a coffee maker, toaster to cups/plates/utensils and pots/pans. In addition, this cottage has a full-sized refrigerator and stovetop for your use. There is a flat-screen cable TV, air conditioner, and your private BBQ grill with a picnic table outside near the porch.
This cottage is an ideal place for your family or friends!

Policies
Our Lake George, NY Cabin rentals for daily reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s rate. Weekly reservations require a $400 non-refundable deposit. Additional adults and children over five years of age are $75 per week and $15 per day. Children under five years of age stay free. You may pay with checks made out to The Gold Eagle. Rates are subject to the New York State Sales and Occupancy Tax.
Scheduling Policies:
Our Cottage Rental Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Weekly reservations run from Saturday to Saturday. All holidays require a three-night minimum stay.

We can't say anything bad about this place..
We can't say anything bad about this place....it was super clean and the cabin we stayed in was very cozy and spacious....the pool area was also very clean....owner was very nice and helpful chopping us wood for the firepit...he let us see the larger cabins and we already planning on coming back next year!

Love this place. A few minutes from downtown Lake George
Love this place. A few minutes from downtown Lake George but far enough away you feel like you are camping. Super awesome staff, always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate their guest. Rooms are roomy and come with all the basics, although with COVID they have cut back on some of the included utensils. We've been here 2x - Love our time here and we will be back again.

My family and I just came back from a long weekend at The Gold Eagle. The cabin we stayed in was clean and enjoyable! Mary and Paul we're wonderful hosts. The pool was refreshing and clean. This our second time there and we will back. Close to all and a great value! Highly recommend!

We will be back.
Just returned from 10 days at Gold Eagle cabins. This was our first experience there and were extremely pleased. The cabin and surrounding area was very clean and well kept. The pool was large, clear and clean. Every cabin has a picnic table and grill. The owner does several checks around the property everyday. The price is very affordable and fair and it's just outside of the Village proper. We will be back.

Me and my family just returned from a four day stay at the gold eagle. First off mary and her husband were extremely friendly and willing to help with any needs or questions you have. The cabin was clean and spacious for the size. Lucky for us we had the whole place to ourselves. I will definitely be returning next year A+ in my book!!!

The owners Paul and Mary are as nice and accomidating as they come. They will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The cabins are on the older side but you are not there to stay in the cabin, you are there to explore and enjoy the great outdoors. Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful place for kids and grownups
First of all I would like to extend our gratitude to Pul and Mary. Great host and owners.we were basically 15 minutes from Lake Geore center walking and 5 minutes car distance. The cabins are rustic but very clean and maintained well.very private and intimate
. Beautiful place for kids and grownups to escape the hustle and bustle.People these are rustic cabins and not the Marriott or Hyatt. This is everything you expect from a great vacation 5 minutes away from the center of town
. If you want cooperate stay with caviar and champagne this is not the place for you. Of you want to relax ,be close to town, great hosts,nice pool,all kitchen amenities and privacy this is your place. I will recommend this great place now and always. Was just talking to a friend about him coming next year and guess what
