This home sleeps 9 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The upper level features an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, an abundance of natural light, and panoramic views. The upper level features 1 king bedroom with a private lake view balcony, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 full bath. The lower level includes 1 full bedroom, a bunk bedroom with a trundle bed and 1 full bath. The lower level also includes a full laundry room with washer and dryer. This home has central air, a wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen including stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and more. Step out onto the large wrap-around upper deck off the main living area that includes plenty of seating as well as a gas grille. Outside off the garage includes a fire pit and a game area to entertain.
This home is located in the quaint town of Diamond Point minutes away from beaches, restaurants, shops, boat rentals and more. Only a 20 minute drive from West Mountain and 30 minutes from Gore Mountain. Come and enjoy this relaxing and comfortable vacation home in the midst that all Lake George has to offer!

Top Notch from Top to Bottom
We celebrated my parents' 50th wedding anniversary here for a weekend and had the best time. The home is incredibly well decorated outfitted and maintained. We especially appreciated the NEW dishes and utensils in the kitchen and super clean, new linens. So many rentals are a mish mash of stuff- not at Carriage Hill! Hangout space in garage and fire pit were nice at night while we enjoyed our mornings in the great room and on the deck. Great location close to everywhere. Owners are great communicators.

Perfect Family Retreat!
Just spent an amazing week in this house! It’s conveniently located between the Village of Lake George and the town of Bolton Landing. So much to do in the area and it’s nice to come back to clean, well appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is extremely helpful and communicating with her was super easy. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a family friendly Lake George getaway!

Wonderful Experience
This was our 3rd stay Lake George, but our first stay at the particular property. The house was spotless and well-equipped. The home and property were extremely well-maintained. We could not ask for more. The stunning view of the lake, along with the natural fireplace made for the perfect winter getaway.
The photos and description is accurate, which I have had problems in the past with other rentals. Communication was great, and the process to rent was easy. We will definitely be back, and hopefully during the summer this time.

Stunning Lakehouse
We are regular travelers and would rate Alaina’s place as one of the nicest, best located and real value of all the places we have stayed. The home was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed a stunning view of Lake George, Diamond Point and the breathtaking Adirondack Mountains. It was conveniently located to waterfront restaurants, shopping,supermarkets, and the many historical sites we wanted to visit.
Communication was great! She was very responsive. We would highly recommend this wonderful rental and plan on returning again this summer with our kids and grandkids.

Very nice Lake house
This is a Great Lake house with a partial view of Lake George. The house was very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked kitchen. So comfortable, we felt right at home. The house is convenient to the lake and to the quaint little town of Bolton Landing.
Looking forward to our summer visit.
