Enjoy the pure waters of the Adirondacks at this private lakefront home. The house sits on one acre of private land and is only one of the few properties with a private large yard, walk-in sandy beach, and a 6 person outdoor hot tub! It is a perfect year-round vacation spot. The 2 docks have space for a 22' boat and are also a great place for early morning fishing. Enjoy the floating dock for swimming and more! There’s a BBQ available for outdoor cooking; upper and lower patios near the water and a waterfront fireplace for late-night campfires. This home sleeps 10 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, oversized porch overlooking the lake, custom-built stone fire pit, and a large yard. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are king bedrooms with sliding glass doors! It also has 2 full private baths, a washer and dryer, A/C, 2 living rooms with lake views, and a bar/game room in a converted garage with lake views and a large deck. The bar/game room has a pool table and dartboard perfect for small gatherings. This home is pet friendly, bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee. Must submit up-to-date Rabies Vaccination card. Enjoy all the lake has to offer by renting kayaks or paddleboards, ask us how.
There are good hiking trails within two miles. This house is minutes away from Lake George Village, which offers outlet shopping, amusement parks, and cultural events. Saratoga is 40 minutes, Albany Airport is 1 hour. Close to all activities yet away from it all.

Katelyn’s home was really nice with all of the amenities included. Plenty of sleeping and hanging out space with the garage. The views and outdoor space could not be beat. The house was insanely clean and felt safe during this pandemic. Would book again and recommend to everyone!

We had a great time staying at Lakeshore Cottage on Hadlock! We already own a small cottage on the lake but needed some extra room for our growing family! We fit 6 adults and 5 kids in this cute home. The king size beds were a nice touch, and the double bed on the bottom of one of the bunks adds extra room too. The 2 living rooms, multiple outdoor areas and fire pit are such nice additions! The kitchen is well stocked as well. One of the greatest aspects though is the game room/bar in the detached garage! It was a perfect spot for us adults to hang out once the kids went to bed. Some additions that would've been nice are stocked fire wood and maybe a pack n play option. We are a little disappointed in the price this home is now listed for, compared to when we booked it. It will probably prohibit us from renting in the future, despite it's perfect size for our family.

Overall great experience! Would go back in a heartbeat. FYI- we didn’t realize when we booked that we would have to pay extra for our dogs even though the listing said “pet friendly.” We also had to pay to use the kayaks. Wish the added costs were more transparent in the listing. We will definitely rent again!

Our stay at the lake house was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless and more spacious than the pictures can show and 5 of us, a toddler and 2 dogs had plenty of room. We fished every single day off the dock and off the kayaks and were constantly catching fish! It’s a well stocked lake. We loved the hot tub and fire pit and enjoyed making s’mores and cooking over the fire. The beds were all so comfortable and the views were amazing. The neighbors were friendly and everything was always quiet well before sundown. The host was so quick with responses and helpful. We had the best time and can’t wait to return to this house!
