Our Island View 2 apartment sleeps two in either a king bed or two twin beds. Island View 2 can be rented together with our Island View Property (#38)(when available) for a total of 10-12 guests lodged. Hague, New York is located on the shores of beautiful Lake George, New York. Short stays welcome!
We prefer 2 night minimum but check with us for any stay. July and August we do prefer weekly stays. Availability early June to mid-September. Island View 2 is a large one bedroom apartment with a lakeside patio for your use. Room for kayak, canoe or small rowboat. Rustic lodge style with high cathedral ceiling and eclectic furnishings and decor including antiques. Featuring full kitchen, dining and living room area. Bedroom with one king OR two twin beds. Bathroom with stall shower and two sinks. Dining table for four, large butcher block kitchen island with stools, and cozy 4 seat window-side booth for dining or desk work. Fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator and stove. All cookware and dishes. Coffee maker, microwave oven. Keep a canoe or kayak lakeside. Cable TV and WiFi.
This apartment is on the roadside of the building, with access to a lakeside patio for your use. The lakeside of the building is our original island view home, also a vacation rental. The entire building can be rented as one home, sleeping up to 12. Please inquire!
Walk to Hague town beach and boat launch, Hague Market and Hague Firehouse restaurant. Walk to Dockside Landing Marina to rent kayaks or canoes to picnic on nearby Asa's Island. Friendly local owners. The patio is suitable for lounging and enjoy the majestic scenery. Swimming is at Hague beach. On site parking. Parking for one vehicle provided. No RV or trailer parking. We have been renting homes in Hague on Lake George for 15 years, and love sharing our love of Lake George and the Adirondack Mountains with our guests. We have 4 generations of family who have enjoyed vacationing in Hague. We are friendly and accommodating, and are happy to know that many of our vacationing guests have become good friends. We are summer residents of Hague, and live nearby to help with any needs you have during your stay. We look forward to meeting you!

Nice get away
Property listing exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and away from the crowds of Lake George. About 20 miles north of Bolton Landing. I highly recommend.

Cute place and beautiful lake.
The house was charming and simple, many collected antiques with a lot of character. It had all that one needed and our host was very nice and always immediately contactable. Although the apartment was on the side not facing the lake, the patio, meaning right out your door, was directly on the lake and just great! Hague was a tiny and quiet town and we really felt like we found something special. The hiking trails in the area were fabulous. Well worth a vacation....Lake George cannot be beat.

Lake George Jewel
You can’t beat this property for it’s location right on Lake George. We ate most of our meals sitting on the small lakeside dock in rapt-wonder of this most beautiful lake. The almost-full moon made the experience even more magical!

Very unique!
“Island View Vacation Home on Lake George” is a great place to stay for one or two people. Lots of room, and funky, eclectic decor. The owners have thought of everything and more! We saw the most amazing moonrise from the patio. The water is not deep for swimming, but we were able to put our kayak in and enjoy paddling out to the nearby islands. So serene and beautiful. Hague is a very small town with just a general store, and the nearest other store 10 miles away. We suggest bringing what you need with you! There is no night life in Hague, and that is why we like it. We highly recommend Island View!
