Situated directly on the West Shore of Lake George & lies about 1 mile north of Lake George Village with 110′ of shoreline with a sandy beach and a spectacular view of Tea Island.
Our vacation rental house has two floors. Both units have a kitchen, a dining space, a living room, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Both of the units have two bedrooms which face the lake and are located across the hall from a full bath, and one bedroom which has its own full bath.
Six bedrooms and four full baths. Sleeps, 12 people. Spectacular views from the lakeside decks, bedrooms, and living room. Sandy beach with dock - a vacationer's delight, fun for all ages! Large yard with a gazebo, picnic tables, and barbecue grill.
$5,000 per week June 26, 2021- August 28, 2021. We have a 4-night minimum during the off-season at reduced rates. Please call for off-season rates.

The photos don't do this place justice! The outdoor space is incredible and its rare to find a private sandy beach on Lake George. The interior is older but meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. The host is friendly and accommodating.
The two separate apartments make for a great layout for extended family and friends, with space to put the kids down early and still enjoy the other half of the building and the outside. Inside is nothing remarkable, but extremely functional with 6-bedrooms, 4-bathrooms and TWO kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms. But if you're inside while you're at this house you're missing the point. The large decks open up to a big yard which slopes (steeply) down to a level yard and private beach. The steep pitch maybe tough for older or handicapped folks, and it is very poorly lit at night so travelling from the house to the beach/docks can be tricky. The beach leads gradually into the water and is a perfect mellow spot for young kids to play, or to ease into the water for a swim. Two new docks are beside the beach with room for a boat or two. The outdoor furniture is plentiful, if a bit low quality and worn, but gets the job done. The owner has a rowboat on site that renters can use, but no other kayaks/canoes etc.
The property is located next door to Boulders Resort so it is not the most secluded spot if they're busy, but we only saw a handful of people throughout the 5 days and never felt exposed. The location is just outside of Lake George village with all the shops and restaurants you could need, and 10 minutes from Bolton with even more.

House was located perfectly on the Lake with a private beach. House was also sparkling clean. Andy (the owner) made sure everything was perfect. He even allowed us to check in early and check out late. I will be renting this house every time I visit lake George from here on out.

My family and I just spent the most lovely week at this property. Everything from the views to the ease of checking in, to the hospitality of our host was remarkable. I’ve been coming to Lake George for 40 years with my family and we have never had such a lovely and inviting cottage. The place was spotless and Andrew was readily available for our questions.
