Located on a secluded wooded property with views of the mountains, this cottage sleeps 6 and features a 100 foot private waterfront. Two docks for fishing and swimming, a spacious rooftop deck for coffee or cocktails, and a spacious lawn for activities.
This rental includes a covered boat slip and secure dockage for your vessel. The waterfront of this property is in a private cove within a 5mph wake zone, which eliminates boat waves. The cottage overlooks a picturesque scene of water, mountains, islands, and the Cleverdale peninsula. It includes a wide deck with a high top table with four chairs, as well as a cocktail table with chairs. A spacious living room comfortably seats 8 and overlooks the scenic views. A side porch offers additional seating and bunk beds. The kitchen features a double sink, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and utensils are included. Additionally, linens and bath towels will be supplied. There is a pantry area off of the kitchen for storage and a bathroom across from that with a walk-in shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, with one featuring a full bed and single and the second bedroom includes two single beds. Additionally, the downstairs porch area has bunk beds and there is also an outside cabin with a queen bed. There is ample parking behind the cottage.
A covered porch is located to the rear of the cottage, which includes a table and chairs with seating for 8 people, in case of inclement weather. There is also a gas grill under the covered porch. Nearby the covered porch there is an outdoor fireplace, wood will be supplied.
The Lake George region is teaming with many activities during the summer season. Saratoga Racetrack and Performing Art Center (SPAC) are 45 minutes away. Great restaurants and golf courses are with a 10-30 minute drive. Bolton Landing is a 40 minute drive around the lake to the north and offers restaurants, gift shops, and golf courses. Trailheads for Buck Mountain, Spruce Mountain, and Pilot Knob Preserve are nearby. Great Escape Six Flags Amusement Park is just 20 minutes away. As well as the Outlets of Lake George and Lake George Village, with its shops, minigolf, arcades, restaurants, and Fort William Henry. The Village is also home to four cruise boats that offer tours of this 32 mile lake.
