Great location on Front Street in the main bay by Lake George Village, looking across at the shops and town, stroll to the village for your morning coffee at Vero's or go to the Lake George Bakery for your pastries. Just walk down Front, Rackawana then along Beach Road and you're there amidst the excitement of the village.

This lakefront three-bedroom plus loft area can sleep up to 10 people. There are ac units in a few of the bedrooms plus there's a standing unit in the living area. Beautiful and spacious sunroom with cable television, sitting areas, and great views as glassed on three sides. Galley kitchen off the sunroom then bathroom, the two bedrooms one with queen and twin other with a queen, leading around to the dining area and living room completing the first floor.

The second floor has the "twin racers" area at the top of the stairs (loft area), on this same floor is the master bedroom with the master bath. Large windows in the master suite give you an expansive lake view.

There's a deck on the front of the house and off the master bedroom. The lawn slopes down to the lake with terraced areas for the firepit and gardens. Pool steps leading from the shore into the shallower area for swimming or you can swim off the dock. The Dock area is shared.

Please note that the Warren County Bed Tax of 4% is in addition to the rent price. This is on all rentals in Warren County of less than 30 days.
