This brand new, modern, spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a hot tub, and three fireplaces, and is located just outside the Lake George Village, comfortably sleeping six.

1849 Loft’s main level features a living room with an open-concept living room and kitchen, complete with a kitchen island, a large dining table, and lots of natural light. A full-size bathroom connects to the common areas, complete with a walk-in glass shower. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, an electric fireplace, and sliding glass doors to the patio. The ensuite bathroom features a double sink and a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom features a custom-built queen bunk bed, complete with walk-up steps! The lower level of the property offers a bar/game room with a pool table, arcade games, darts shuffleboard, and another electric fireplace perfect for making memories with family or friends.

Step outside on the large yard with an outdoor patio where you will find a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs and a large dining table. Enjoy the beautiful Adirondacks while sitting around the custom-made fire pit with Adirondack chairs, or relax in the secluded hot tub in the Adirondack air! The yard also features a privacy fence.

Just a few minutes from the Lake George Village, 1849 Loft allows you to be close to Lake George events, a short drive to the lake, and close to the ski slopes. This home is dog-friendly, bring your four-legged friend for a small fee! Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card.

On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent an hour before check-in which is 4 pm.
