A beautiful, cozy log cabin located on a small stream in the woods, but still close to many attractions and includes many modern luxuries! The cabin has a 60" LED TV with "Dish TV" and a DVD Blu-Ray player, along with more than 100 DVD's. WiFi, local and long-distance telephone service will keep you in touch when you want to communicate with the outside world! Bluetooth enabled speakers for both inside and out, microwave oven, and an extra beverage refrigerator are just a few of the many amenities. There is a beautiful stone fireplace inside, as well as 2 fireplaces outside.
There are 2 bedrooms in the loft. One has a king bed - the other bedroom has a full-size bed. Downstairs there is a bedroom with one twin bed. The bathroom contains a freestanding shower. We recently remodeled the kitchen with a new sink, faucet and countertop. We created a 4-season room off of the kitchen as a dining area that opens on to the deck on 1 side and a patio with gazebo on the other, giving full views of the stream surrounding the property. We also recently installed an AC/Heating unit that centrally cools and heats the cabin. The new patio has a gazebo, to keep you dry in the rain, with an outdoor dining set for 6 people and a gas BBQ grill. Off of the gazebo is a firepit with adirondack chairs to enjoy your evenings with a picnic table nearby as well. There is a screened house separate from the cabin set up to relax and lounge with a sectional sofa and bar table and chairs. Finally, there is a gravel driveway with a large parking area - large enough for several cars or a boat.
We hope to have guests that will appreciate and enjoy their stay so much that they will want to return year after year to see how we continue to improve our cabin and property. We are located about 20 to 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs, Saratoga Racetrack, Lake George and The Great Escape Amusement Park. There are several places to launch your motorboat. The Hudson River boat launch is 10 minutes away and the Sacandaga and Lake George boat launches are about 20 minutes away! Kayaks and canoes may be launched in the stream behind the cabin. The town of Lake Luzerne is within 2 miles and Bon's Soft Ice Cream and Mini Golf is at the end of our road. Come enjoy a slice of heaven in the Adirondacks!

About Us:
I was born on Long Island and at the age of 9, my parents moved to Lake Luzerne. Jimmy, my brother and co-owner, was born and raised In Lake Luzerne. I currently live in Keystone Heights, Fl. I am a working ICU/RN in a hospital facility. Jimmy lives in Napa, Ca. He has his own public insurance adjusting business. Since we live so far away, our Mom, Nancy and sister Lori help us care for the cabin. Both Jimmy and I enjoy making improvements to the cabin each year.
“This was our second trip to the cabin, and we happy that we made the choice to return. The cabin is so beautiful and well equipped. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the screened in back porch is great for meals. The location is perfect. We drove about 20 minutes to Saratoga Springs State Park for bike riding and then dinner in Saratoga. Nancy provides many filers to browse through with local activities in the Adirondacks. A short drive on River Road will bring you to a hiking trail leading to Bear Slide, the lower area of Buttermilk Falls. The stream for tubing is also on that road and a nice spot to relax. It is about a 15 minute drive into Lake George. The Up River Cafe, in Lake Luzerne on the Hudson River, has good food, service and nice view. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Jim & Nancy!”

“I grew up in the area and was going back for a family reunion. I got a lead on this wonderful cabin from friends of relatives. The pictures do not do the cabin justice. It is warm, comfortable and more equipped than any other place we have stayed. We have traveled to many places around the world and this little cabin in the Adirondacks was one of our favorites. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and linens - it really lacked for nothing. The yard, fire pit and outdoor amenities were not anticipated and used regularly. The screened in back porch area added a fun place to hang and watch the stream in the back. My husband and I go back to the area regularly to visit family and we will reach out to the owners again to check for availability. Thank you Jim and Nancy for a memorable experience. ”

“We stayed from Wednesday through Sunday with our two Scotties at this wonderful, clean, cozy and charming log cabin. It was even better than the pictures and descriptions listed. The surroundings make it seem as though you are isolated in the beautiful forest, with a stream out back, stone fireplaces inside and out and the most wonderful smell of pine all through the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, although I think the dogs enjoyed it more!!! We would recommend this lovely and warm cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return. Thank you Jimmy for setting us up and Marlene for taking exceptional care of us while we were there.”

“Well what to say about this little cabin in the woods. It is wonderful. We didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. Great location, quiet, beautiful. Lots of activities around close if you also have kids. It was clean, and everything that you need there. We loved it and would really recommend this cabin for a small family or a romantic getaway. We got double booked for a few cabins that we wanted and are we glad they fell thru, cause this place is great. WE WILL BE GOING BACK there. It has all the comforts like your home. The owners are very nice and helpful. Out of a 10 we give it a 9. Thanks you for the great memory. ”
