The large driveway and spacious lot offer plenty of room for your machines. This is truly a budget-friendly spot for hunters, hikers, fishermen, skiers, and trail riders.
The four-bedroom cottage is the perfect escape for families or couples who like to vacation together. It features a spacious eat-in kitchen and a large open-concept living room for 8 guests. The main level also features a comfy bedroom and a full bath, there’s also a full-size washer and dryer for your use and a small home office area for your computer. upstairs are three more bedrooms, one featuring two single beds and one bedroom with a queen bed.
There is also a large master bedroom which features a sitting area and a separate Little room with a futon bed and a walk-in closet. The attached master bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
The cozy front porch is decorated seasonally. Three seasons of the year it is an awesome place to have coffee in the morning and wine in the late afternoon. In the winter it is a great place to store skis and other outdoor gear.
The back porch off the living room has a six-person hot tub and a huge backyard with a fire pit and a short path to the river. This property is very private and a great gathering place if you need outdoor space and privacy for your group.
THE RATE OF $199.00 per NIGHT IS FOR 2 guests. Additional guests are $ 20 per night per person. The additional charge is to cover cost of additional cleaning, laundry, hot tub use, trash and additional paper products.

Nice house and great location!
The house is very convenient, the location is great - just 2 minutes drive to Titus Mountain. Perfect for skiing. There was enough space in the house, we had all we needed. Cathy is a great host, very responsive!

Lovely Getaway
Nicely landscaped property framed by beautiful foliage in Oct ….. Loved sitting by campfire or in outdoor jacuzzi listening to stream flowing outback. All ammenities needed and much more !! Nearby trails and great antiquing close by too!!!
Would love to see this rental in other seasons as well!!

Short family get away
Worked well for our family with multiple young adult children. Our daughter and her husband had their own room and there were separate rooms for our other two although the youngest couldn't come. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We like to cook dinner and eat lunch out. There were some good hikes nearby and the kids went horse back riding.

The perfect family getaway
This property was even more beautiful in person than it was in pictures. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and provided everything we could possibly need. We loved sitting outside at night by the fire and listening to the sounds of the river. Overall it was a wonderful stay, the perfect spot to enjoy nature and reconnect as a family. We would highly recommend it.

A wonderful home away from home
This cottage and its surroundings are pretty special. The river was a perfect fishing spot, and in my wife's words, the house was "absolutely delightful and charming". It had all the measures of comfort (very comfortable beds, efficient AC and solid WiFi) and was equipped with everything that we needed for our week long stay. We loved the back porch hot tub and we had great firepits under the stars, all with the background sound of the river. The place was sparkling clean and Cathy was a wonderful host. My wife is a native of the area, and she can attest that it was a perfect 'home base' for all of the fishing, hiking, golfing and exploring that we did. We would gladly stay again.

Amazing Owner + Home
My wife and our five children (our 6th child was working so was not able to come this time) absolutely loved this home. My family and I also cannot stop talking about what an amazing blessing it was to meet the owner. We will never forget how special she is and how much meaning she brings to this world. This home has been one of my family’s best vacations. We simply love the home, the location, the entire property, and once again the owner who we absolutely will always have in our heart. This home represents all the good that the owner and her entire beautiful family represents. You and your family are going to absolutely love everything that this home offers.

Wonderful stay at Fisherman's Paradise!
Loved it. Very clean and had everything we needed. Peaceful and quiet. The river was so beautiful. Perfect for us because it was so close to my brother's home on Lake Titus and to town which was very convenient. We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

BEAUTIFUL, IMMACULATE COTTAGE!
The cottage met our every need! With a fully equipped kitchen and modern appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and save on restaurants. Comfortable beds in every room with TV and wifi available.
The river behind the cottage allowed for hours of pleasant sitting, listening to the rushing water and feeling the peace of the place surround you. When the river wasn't on the agenda, the hot tub was! Sigh!
STRONGLY recommend this cottage to anyone who wants a quiet, woodsy home-away-from-home.
