Spectacular retreat on 9 acres in a quiet neighborhood for a maximum of 16 guests. Only 5 minutes to downtown Glens Falls, 10 minutes to West Mountain Ski area, 15 minutes to Lake George, 25 minutes to Saratoga and 45 minutes to Gore Mountain. Enjoy the private luxury lifestyle this home affords with 8 bedrooms and 8 baths on 3 levels of living.
Gorgeous chef’s kitchen with all you'll need to cook a gourmet meal, relaxing living areas with a gas fireplace in the living room. The elegant formal dining room opens to the sunroom that leads out to an amazing outdoor entertaining area with covered lounge areas, dining areas, lounge chairs around the pool, a hot tub, screened in gazebo, grill, large fire pit area, koi pond, playground, and lighted basketball/pickle ball court!
The winding staircase brings you upstairs to all of the bedrooms. 4 king-sized (3 with en suite baths). 1 queen, 2 full and 1 bunk bed. The bottom floor has a game room with air hockey, foosball, a TV den, and a bar with a pool table, fireplace, and TVs with cable. Child friendly - Crib, high chair, baby tub, toys, outdoor games, plastic dishes **Summer time (June - August) rentals are a minimum of 7 nights. The hot tub is open year-round.
The pool is heated and open from Memorial Day into September.

Rules and Regulations for Renters:
1. The operation of this short-term rental shall not interfere with the residential character of the premises nor surrounding properties.
2. All rental occupants must act peaceably and not in violation of New York State Penal Law or in violation of the Zoning Code of the Town of Queensbury
3. Rental occupants shall be required to conduct themselves in accordance with the Warren County Noise Ordinance and maintain quiet between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
4. Guests shall not exceed 16 at any time - no one not staying here can be here unless prior approval is received
5. No fireworks
6. Garbage and recycling shall be put securely in covered receptacles located in front of small cottage on Rodgers Rock Road
9. No smoking
8. No Pets - Strictly enforced
10. No Events
11. Minimum age of 25 to rent
12. Follow all check-out procedures
13. Excessive noise, loud music, party atmosphere are not allowed at anytime

About the Owner
I have been managing Airbnbs since 2012. I currently manage two cottages in Carrboro, NC an elegant mansion in Queensbury, New York, and a number of fabulous vacation homes near Lake George and Saratoga. My joy is to create a unique experience for guests that makes them feel cared for and comfortable. I love soft sheets, bright rooms, cozy vibes, room to spread out, time with family and friends, and the chance to feel like a local when on vacation. I'm so happy to bring that experience to each of my guests.
I grew up in Farmington, Connecticut, and graduated with a degree in art from Mount Holyoke College. I met my husband in Boston and we raised our two daughters while moving quite a bit - California, North Carolina, Fiji, and New Zealand were a few of my favorite places to live. I love to sing, paint and act but I especially enjoy being an Airbnb host! I can't wait to meet you!

Second year staying here with family and it was great again!
This was our second year staying here with family and it was great again! Quiet neighborhood, perfect for the little ones who we could take onto the playground without having to load them up in the car. House manager was responsive and helpful. We love it there!

A perfect place to stay
We were a group of 11 teachers. Our stay at this home was perfect from start to finish! The house was immaculate! It had every convenience we could wish for! We enjoyed our dinners around the large dining room table and sitting by the fire pit each evening. Best of all, we spent our days relaxing by the pool and hot tub! Thank you Susan for being a wonderful host and helping our group of teachers relax after a long school year! We will be back next June!

A true five star experience.
A true five star experience. Everything about this house was perfect for our large group that included two grandparents, three couples, and six kids ranging from 3 to 11 years old. The outdoor space was amazing and we utilized every bit of it over our stay. Inside, the house was so spacious, everyone enjoyed their own rooms while loving all the game rooms and exploring the unique spots. The location couldn’t be beat, being 25 minutes from downtown Saratoga and 15 minutes to Lake George allowed us to enjoy all the area had to offer. Additionally, this was the cleanest AirBnB that I’ve stayed in, and that’s really saying something given the sheer size of the home. We left talking about when we can make a stay happen again at this property. 100% recommend.
