This is a wonderful location for any large gathering or group of people looking to have plenty of room in a well appointed and spacious airbnb. There are comfortable beds and bedrooms, a large kitchen that is well stocked with the basics, a dining room with a huge table that could easily sit multiple families, and a giant living room with cozy seating. We had a party of four, yet you could have easily doubled or tripled our group and we would have felt just as comfortable in the house. It is situated only a minute or two from town if you’re driving, which made it easy for us to move back and forth between dining, shopping, and sightseeing. We would absolutely book again!

Eric’s house is gorgeous and awesome for a large group. Everyone had plenty of space. The location is perfect for enjoying everything Lake Placid has to offer.

Great space for a big group! Unique layout, almost every bedroom had its private bathroom. 20 mins away from Whiteface Mountain and less than that to get into town. When asking Eric what appliances/dishes/utensils /cookware etc were available he said it was fully stocked. I was slightly concerned because his fully stocked can be different from my fully stocked kitchen…Everything we needed in terms of the above was already provided! Kitchen was in fact fully stocked! Additional improvements are currently being worked on to make the space bigger. I would recommend this place and would stay here again!

This house is so beautiful, very spacious, and accommodating for a large group. We were able to bring our dogs which is very important to us. Eric is a wonderful host; this is the second house my family has rented from him and he doesn’t disappoint! He’s very prompt with communication and the house is very clean.

Eric's place was the perfect accommodation for our large group that travelled to Lake Placid for a wedding at the Whiteface Lodge (just around the corner). The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of character. It had everything our group needed. Would absolutely recommend to others, and return for another visit.
