This is a cute little place, not fancy but comfy, with everything you need. I’d keep the head count to the lower side next time just because of privacy (two bedrooms) but it worked great for us even with six and two dogs. We had a boat load of fun with Large Marge.

What a wonderful, clean place on the lake. The location could not be more perfect, near excellent wineries (Dr. Frank's may be the best in the FL), breweries and restaurants. Every morning, coffee was enjoyed on the dock while watching birds, beaver, and even a few fish work their way near the cove. The evenings were spent around the firepit watching the lake go to sleep. The Riverside restaurant was a quick walk up the road and perfect for lunch, dinner and an occasional drink. We had a bite of their power slaw the night we arrived and the manager arranged for us to get a quart of it for our bbq on Memorial Day. The best mac and cheese could be found towards Hammondsport at the Snug. We went to the Waterfront on Sunday for Clammin' and Jammin'.... be forewarned to get their early (3-3:30) if you want to be outside with the band, and know that the kitchen has a hard time keeping ahead of food orders. Ours took 90 minutes to come out, but the staff couldn't be more accommodating during the wait. We didn't mind..where else would we want to be? At the house, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and if the owner needed to be reached, he was quick to answer any question. The only downside is that the house is down from the road, and bringing stuff up and down could get tiring, but all you had to do was take one look at the lake once down there and that was forgotten. MOST of the homes on the lake involve steps down, so that was not a problem. The sunporch on the upper level was wonderful when a quick shower hit. You could still enjoy the view while chatting or reading. The furnishings are comfortable and more than adequate. The bedrooms are spacious . The bathrooms are conveniently located on each floor. We appreciated the washer/dryer on the last day to bring clean clothes home. Honestly, I can't think of a better place to be on Keuka Lake. Thanks for having this gem available, Jim!!

Jim was right there to answer any questions. Accomodating, clean, well stocked, dog friendly, adorable, comfortable, love love this home. Even found dog friendly wineries. No guilt leaving the fur kids home this vacay. Fire pit right on the dock, incredible view, right on the lake, could hear the water lull us to sleep every night.

We enjoyed our stay at the Keuka Villa. Large Marge was great, the dock was great and Jim (the owner was great. Just keep your head on a swivel when crossing the road as there is a curve and hill right where the cottage is.

Jim went above and beyond. We had a family emergency right before our stay and Jim offered to assist us to get to cottage. Unfortunately Large Marge was unavailable but Jim was in contact with us about its status and he even came by to work on it. House was nicely accommodated and family had a nice stay. THANK YOU!

The house was cute and well stocked. We took an air mattress knowing you can never sleep comfortably as many as they say. Two bedrooms. One bed each room and pullout bed. With the air mattress it worked ok for a family of 5.
The dock and lake were gorgeous. Great views from the upper porch as well. We took our newest puppy. We would never do that again. There is no grass, no yard and no "green space" as I was told. Only a very small steep bank with mulch. We had to cross a very busy dangerous road to find any weeds or any area she could go to the bathroom. Not ideal for a puppy or any large dog. On top of that the neighbor next door showed up and told us their dog did not get along at all with other dogs or people or kids. We needed to watch our dog at all times. The dog was a pitbull mix and it barked at us constantly. They very strongly advised not letting our puppy get anywere near their property.
We also paid for and rented the boat for the week. upon arriving we were informed it wasnt working and he needed to have it looked it so maybe midweek it would be ready for us. It never got fixed and we had to pay a lot of out of pocket money to have another boat for the week.
Summary the house was nice. The lake and views were great. It is not really pet friendly and the boat was not running and had we known that, we would be able to find a cheaper boat ahead of time instead of last minute.

We enjoyed our stay at Keuka Villa. The house was perfect for our party of 5. Jim was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect to do some day trips and then come back and unwind whilst relaxing on the dock.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend a stay at this cabin.

Had a great week. Week we chose meant lake was peaceful and we had no nearby neighbors. Perfect! Enjoyed vineyards, antique shops, breweries and shops in Hammondsport. Owner very helpful.

We caught plenty of fish off the dock.
Throughout the week we visited Bully Hill Winery. Heron Hill winery. Hunt County Vineyard and Steuben Brewing Company. All very good. We stopped at Wild Goose Chase Antiques and Stone View Antiques as well.
Your home is wonderful. We enjoyed it so very much. Last night we got to watch the storm clouds roll in and lightening along the lake. What a show!
