We were there for two nights and everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and cozy. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, and check-in was smooth and easy. The host was responsive and super accommodating when I realized I booked one night instead of 2. Whether you’re just passing through or planning a longer stay, this is a solid spot to relax and unwind. We’d definitely stay again!

Good spot to stay during a short visit with my daughter at Skidmore. No more or less than I needed, and a comfortable space for us to hang out for a couple hours after dinner in town. Spotlessly clean, efficient, and well-located. Easy communication with John, and all was as expected.

We booked John's place for a two week visit by our daughter to visit friend's at Skidmore. The place was just perfect for her. Walkable to Skidmore and downtown Saratoga Springs. John was a great host and communicator. The price point to value ratio is fantastic!

John’s large studio apartment is located in a nice neighborhood, convenient to downtown Saratoga Springs. The bed was super comfortable. There was such good sun on the front porch in the morning and early afternoon that we were able to eat lunch there despite the 50 degree weather. John was responsive throughout the process! Stocking of the kitchen was a bit spare, but he quickly supplied a large cooking pot that we needed to make our dinner and as well as additional towels. We would definitely stay at this charming place again.
