Our family had a wonderful fall weekend in this great spot with a commanding view of Canandaigua Lake. The property is well maintained with all the amenities you really need. Far enough away from the city lights to offer an amazing view of the stars and quiet enough to hear the falling leaves. Check it out!

Annie and Gary’s home will not disappoint! The views are peaceful and stunning. Loved having our daily morning and evening visits by 2 deer families. The pictures of this home are spot on. Three bedrooms to choose from for a good nights sleep. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is a must. Thanks again Annie for a wonderful week spent in your home. My daughter was totally surprised by my visit! My family of 4 spend a week at this great property we loved the private location and the house met all our needs-we grilled-we made fires and enjoyed peaceful swims-we also were thrilled that the owners were dog friendly as we brought 2 dogs who also loved their get away-we hiked-toured wineries and the highlight was 3 total amateurs horse back riding-we hope to come back sometime in the future and thanks to the owners for sharing your tranquil paradise-Gregg-Colleen-Brynn-Drew

This was our first visit to the finger lakes region; we'd always heard good things but hadn't ventured to upstate NY. After a hurricane forced us away from our planned OBX vacation, we landed upon this listing and decided to go for it. The house was BETTER than we'd even expected, and the photos are gorgeous so that's saying something. This is a true home away from home. It's obvious the owners take great care to leave the home just as they personally use it, complete with all the amenities you'd hope to find (and then some). It's spacious, so well appointed, decorated to feel so homey, and beyond comfortable. Our oldest daughter said, "these people's chair game is strong!" Everything we sat on was superbly comfortable. The views from the back deck are not to be beaten. What a treat to wake each morning to the sunrise over Lake Canandaigua right from our bed or on the deck! We communicated with the owners a few times while there and they were very quick to respond and so easy to book and deal with. They even left us a check-in bottle of local wine (thank you!) and let us pick some apples from their trees on the property. :) That was a perk. We enjoyed the pool on a surprisingly warm September day, hit all the stops on the Canandaigua wine trail, did a lot of local hiking, and thoroughly enjoyed the quaint town of Naples. Don't miss Arbor Hill winery, Inspire Moore winery, Sonnenberg Gardens, Canandaigua Trail, Grimes Glen, Watkins Glen, Roots Cafe, and Monica's Pies. The driveway is not for the weak of heart, but it's doable in 4WD or if you trust yourself to just accelerate up the hill. We absolutely LOVED our stay and would be very happy to return!

We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed home! The overall property is just gorgeous with amazing views of the lake. The house itself is just lovely with many amenities included. The pool is fabulous. The beds, pillows and sheets were high quality which we so appreciated. The owners (Annie and Gary) were very responsive. This was just the perfect place for us to spend end of summer and enjoy time with our family in Rochester.

This was a perfect location for our anniversary getaway. This was one of the most well equipped homes that we have rented. The owners even had packets of sunscreen available for use. The house and pool were very clean and well kept. The private location and the open design of the home allowed for fabulous views of the lake. Even though the home is private, there was a lot of things to do nearby. We particularly enjoyed the wine trails and quaint restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and the owners went out of their way to be accommodating. We definitely will return!
