We highly recommend
The house has a nice living room, a separate dining room and bedrooms with good space. Everything was clean, organized and the host was very friendly. We liked the stay very much and recommend.

Couldn’t have had a better host and place to stay!
Bill was fantastic from our first confirmation to our check out communication. His place was awesome. So clean, had everything you needed and completely up to date. Safe and secure and he even wished me well in my Ironman 70.3 race, which was the reason for the visit and asked how we all did after the fact. Couldn’t have had a better host and place to stay! This house is pristine! The kitchen is beautiful and better equipped than my own kitchen. The whole house has been redone. It’s extremely clean, comfortable and central to the gems of the Finger Lakes region. Everything we needed for our 10 day stay was there.
Bill is such a nice guy and helpful. He gave us great recommendations and was very responsive to texts. We stayed 10 days and are excited about renting it again. Great place and a great host!

We had a wonderful stay!! Bill was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The house matched description and very clean. Furniture and a/c is very comfortable and high quality.
We loved the games Bill had out especially the disc golf in the backyard!

the perfect place for enjoying the wineries
My daughter and I came to NY to visit family and this house was perfect. Loved the updates and the size was perfect for what we needed. Also the location was awesome, easily accessible to everywhere we needed to be.
Our favorite part was the outdoor space, we were close to everything but still felt like we had our own private space to have a fire outside and enjoy the quiet.
William was also so great, very accommodating, helpful and responsive within minutes. A great host makes all the difference and he was wonderful!
It is the perfect spot to come to the finger lakes and enjoy all the wineries.

100% will stay here again
Bill was very responsive and very accommodating. The house was awesome! Perfect for our crew! The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing and cooking meals, nice appliances and utensils. The bathroom was nice and clean on arrival. Comfortable beds in the bedrooms, nice sofas in the living room. Smart tv’s in all rooms with good WiFi for streaming. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Bill!

This home is perfect for anyone looking to spend a few days in the finger lakes. Three large bedrooms, a large kitchen and living area make this perfect for any occasion. Bill keeps the house in fantastic shape and everything is extremely well maintained.
