Delightful Stay!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days here. Quiet and secluded, yet within a 30 minute drive to all parks and areas we explored. The house was immaculate, lovely decor, well stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils, comfortable beds and plenty of closet and dresser space. In particular, we enjoyed the wrap around porch for morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails. Although it did not apply to us, Katherine paid great detail to making this a kid friendly atmosphere for any family. Plenty of kids movies, games, as well as a playground. Thank you Katherine for a lovely stay!

Thanks so much, I appreciate your kind words! I had the pleasure of meeting Joyce and Donna at check-in as I finished up in the yard. Very personable and very friendly ladies. I could tell they are genuine people, as they even offered to water the garden during their stay! A pleasure to host, the house was left with no mess. They even put their trash and recycle out in the correct bins. Be sure to come back!!!

Cozy & Everything you need!!

Great location, everything was as described. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something like this in the area. Wonderful host.

A Great Place For The Whole Family

We loved our stay at Katherine’s home. The property is large, quiet, private, and beautiful. We stayed with our 3 children and there was so much for them to do. From the swings and outdoor kitchen outside to the toys and wholesome movies inside, there wasn’t a moment they weren’t smiling. For the adults, the house is clean, organized, and extremely comfortable. Trust me when I say that Katherine thought of everything a family could need. The location is perfect for easy access to anything between Seneca and Keuka Lakes. We’re excited for the next time we can stay here.

Perfect little home with lots of amenities inside.

The property was very much like the description it provides. There a lot of items provided from toiletries to household products. The place was very cozy and clean. I wish we had better weather to spend outside when we were at the house, but inside was just fine for us. If just looking to relax and hang out in nature away from all the craziness but close enough to restaurants, stores, bars and definitely the wineries or breweries it is a perfect location. -Carol B.
