We stayed for seven days with our two year old and two month old. The Beatty’s came out to greet us and helped us unload the car even as we insisted they relax, which was a massive amount of stuff with two kids. James bought a high chair for our daughter to comfortably eat her meals. Truly they went above a beyond. The home is comfortable and well appointed. The outdoor shower and grill were a daily favorite. Would recommend whole heartedly!

This was honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed! We were a group of 6 close friends and family and we had an amazing time! James and Francesca were wonderful host! We had complete privacy, the house was spacious, decorated beautifully, and completely spotless! The yard was huge with endless lawn games and our favorite part was the fire pit! We spent most of our stay gathered around it! Jim was so kind to have everything we needed for the fire! Every morning we woke up and walked to the beach, which was the cleanest, friendliest, most peaceful beach we’ve ever been to! Francesca and Jim had everything we needed for the beach as well!; beach chairs, umbrellas, beach games, towels, coolers, and a great selections of books! It was like everything you could think of they had all set and ready for us! Afternoons we spent on the deck barbecuing, which again everything was there for us! Even when we were stuck inside due to some rain, there were board games for us to play! The town of Montauk was so close and Montauk Point Lighthouse was a short drive, the views were spectacular! Jim and Francesca are so kind and were there with anything we needed the entire time! We can’t wait to stay again here in this beautiful beach home!

Stayed here with a few friends for the weekend. Couldn't of been a more enjoyable time. The house was in great condition and efficiently laid out. The backyard has more than 50yrds of space. There is a great porch in backyard as well with an A+ outdoor shower and grill. The house is an easy 2 mins walk from beach. And most of all the owners are the best. Extremely nice, warm and welcoming people. All around I give this house a two thumbs up.

Went out to Montauk for a fishing trip, can’t wait to go back for a family trip. House is located in the middle of everything. 3 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minute drive from town and Lake Montauk. Beautiful and spacious accommodations, very clean.

We stayed for a weekend wedding, and this house was absolutely perfect! The owners welcomes us with a smile and ensured that we had everything we needed, even firewood for the fire pit! Plenty of parking and lots of space in this open, airy home. We hope to stay again in the future!

We stayed out here for a long weekend and it was great. Location was right near the water, so we were able to walk down to the beach each day. Property was nicely redone and spacious.

It is a great property close to the beach with everything you need. Owners are very accommodating Good for pets and kids. Families or couples or friends. Ditch plains is an awesome beach and it is also close to town and many restaurants
