We had a wonderful stay in Gilboa.
The location was perfect—not too far from the local ski resorts. The home was very family-friendly which made our trip easy and relaxing. The place was just as described and worked great for our needs. Jan was an excellent host—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

The house is cozy and soft.
Beautifully decorated for the holidays with soft light and amazing surroundings. The kitchen is functioning and equipped with necessary. The outside amenities made this stay special. Having hot tub time and then straight into the fluffy snow, roasting marshmallow on the fire pit and sliding down the hills, made perfect memories for kids and adults.
Definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning!!!
From the morning views off the porch while sipping hot coffee to making smores at night, this place is absolutely amazing and wishing we'd still be there!
Jan has thought of everything from fully stocked kitchen to games (board games and outdoor games).
Had an amazing time connecting with our kids in this amazing, cozy cabin with stunning views - highly recommend!

I wish the host was a little more flexible with a hour or so early check in and check out.
It would have been a good thing to accommodate us. 5pm check in seems too late in the day. Other than that the house was amazing

Home away from home
This was a hit with our family for a quick getaway from NYC. We enjoyed the many amenities provided like the hot tub, firepit, and playground. The home also had lots of essentials in the kitchen and games to keep us occupied. It definitely felt like a home away from. Jan was also extremely responsive and helpful to all our questions! We definitely recommend this listing to anyone with a large group seeking a restful time away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in the Catskills!
The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel right at home.
What really made the trip special was how family-friendly the space was. There was so much to do with the kids — a big backyard where they could run around, a great swingset, outdoor games, and plenty of indoor games to keep them entertained. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’d definitely love to come back!
