We really enjoyed our time at the farmhouse. Very clean, nice and quiet, and lots of space for the whole family. A great host!

Communication before and during the stay was excellent. Everything we needed was in the home readily available making the stay super convenient. We went snowboarding at nearby Plattekill and my son loved sledding on the hill next to the home. Will definitely book again! Beds were super comfy too!

We decided to get away to the Catskills and booked a stay at this farm home, we didn’t know what to expect at all since we have never been to Hobart, but this stay ended up being one of the best trips we took upstate so far! From the beautiful home to the people of the town, everything was perfect.
We enjoyed the fresh eggs in the fridge and the amazing views from ALL the windows.
We bought some sleds and utilized the hills around the home for some sledding and even built a snowman! While building it, every car who drove past slowed down and waved to us!
The beds and blankets were very comfortable and the house with fully stocked with everything you need to cook!
Over all, you NEED to stay at this farmhouse in Hobart.
Thank you for allowing us to make some memories we will never forget!

Lovely, quiet location. Ideal for outdoor activities like biking, hiking, cross country skiing, or a relaxing walk on the old rail path directly behind the house.

We enjoyed our visit. The farmhouse was warm and inviting and extremely clean. The natural Christmas tree was an added bonus along with the reading material about the history of the farm. The house had everything we needed and more. Our dog even found a favorite spot for his dog bed right by the Christmas tree. We took a road trip to Cooperstown and Glimmerglass State Park on New Year’s Day. We had to return home a day early because our elderly cat took a turn for the worse. The property contact person was understanding and supportive. The property caretakers also live on the farm if we needed any assistance. Communication was excellent. We highly recommend this spot and plan to visit again.

A wonderful charming historical farm house. The home is on a farm and our dog Tucker truly enjoyed all the outside time we were able to give him. The Scenic Trail is directly behind the home and allowed us to walk for miles unwinding with fresh air and complete silence. The afternoon naps, the lack of news was such a wonderful feeling. The kitchen was fully stocked so we didnt eat out much, the fire pit up on the hill was wonderful the last night star gazing. My family and I couldn't have asked for a more stress free relaxing getaway.

We had a very nice and quiet weekend at the farmhouse. It was clean and exactly as it was described. We rode bikes along the Catskill scenic trail which conveniently was located right behind the house and just enjoyed the quietness and beauty of upstate in fall.

The hosts allowed me to bring my horse so that I could ride the Catskill Scenic Trail. The location was perfect, the scenery spectacular, the rental well equiped and comfortable, and the hosts very personable.

The house was everything we needed for a quick get away from this crazy town world. Besides how GORGEOUS the property was and the convenience of the trails behind the house, it was beyond our expectations! By far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in, even down to the organization of the cabinets. We look forward to coming back here again in the future!
