Enjoyed my trip
We are 10 people(6 adults and 4 kids) went to Niagara falls. House is clean and nice backyard.
We have made our own cooking arrangements (butane burner & electrical cooking rice).

I am giving it 4 stars as the lights in the living area turned off and never came back in our stay. It did not bother us much as there is enough light in the entire house.

The nice Nieghbor across the street looked out for us when we left our car door open after unpacking the owner Ray did not bother us but answered phone when we needed anything the nearby town of Lewiston had wonderful restaurants and I recommend the jet boat ride we were 5 min from casino and falls attractions the back deck was nice bring mosquito repel it's not super fancy but comfortable and we would stay again the owner was very nice and explained were to park and visit even mailed us a makeup bag we left behind

Our property owner Ray was a great host and was at the property when we arrived and gave a walk through of the property. The house is a big one and seems like newly renovated. The location is also great. It is a very short drive to the falls. I wanted to give 5 stars but the beds can be a bit better. Overall a great experience.
