The pictures don't do the view justice. Just a spectacular view down the lake. Very clean and well kept cabin. Loved that they supplied coffee and everything one would need is in the cabin. If you enjoy peace, tranquility and a million dollar view this is a great place to stay.

We wanted a nice, relaxing weekend and that’s exactly what we got! The view from the cabin was spectacular. The cabin itself is so cute and clean, and nicely tucked away on a hillside. We definitely would stay again!

David & Nancy's place was paradise for my family and I on our recent stay. We had the most perfect time sitting on the porch and relaxing at the fire pit. We were excited to see little critters everyday and enjoy the incredible view of the lake from our doorstep. I cannot wait to get back here for another stay!

What a wonderful stay we had at David & Nancy's place! We were thinking of visiting other places around Canandaigua, but the view from the front porch is SO spectacular, we figured, why go anywhere else? They thought of everything from bottled water to extra pillows. We highly recommend Hemingway Cabin, and hope to return one day!

We were in town for a wedding in the area and were lucky enough to find the Hemingway Cabin! The space is amazing and the views are breathtaking. The space is comfortable and homey and has all amenities you could need. David and Nancy were fabulous hosts, showing the space, making sure we knew where everything was and even leaving us a delicious treat for our arrival!
The cabin is the perfect balance of secluded, nearby amenities, friendly neighbors, and plenty of wildlife. The driveway looks a bit daunting but just trust David - he'll get you right up safely!
The cabin is well stocked and there are plenty of stores and wineries nearby, wi-fi was a bit spotty but cell service was fine.
We loved our visit and would definitely be back again!

We loved our stay here. The view of the lake is stunning, and we enjoyed using the fire pit every night we were there. The house is very clean and conveniently located, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. We especially appreciated the delightful plate of grapes and bread that was left for us upon our arrival.

This cabin is worth every penny and more. The views are spectacular. The peace and quiet is incomparable. So cozy and quaint. I will definitely be returning and have recommended this cabin to everyone I know.
