Beachfront vacation

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We have rented from this company before and the other house was pristine and well-cared for. This house, however, seemed to be forgotten about - no gas for the bbq, no supplies like paper towels, inside shower did not work properly, coffee machine broken, sliding door did not open properly, wi-fi shut off because bill was not paid, etc., etc. While the location was terrific we were surprised and disappointed by the quality of the house and the customer service of the agents.

such an oasis - even in the colder months

had such a great stay at this beautiful property everything was easy to plan and organise and as advertised the house was so warm - especially with the fire i had all i needed in the kitchen plenty of towels and supplies too such a beautiful place to rest and take in the view - even when it was cold outside! thanks again ladies for such a great experience

A bit of paradise

My family looks forward to our stay every summer (4 years and counting!) . The house is beautiful.. spacious, moder, fully equipped. Steps away from the beach. Summer days hanging out on a gorgeous deck.. bbq, lounges, tables with umbrellas. We visit the farm stands, the wineries, Harbes farm for the kids ( fantastic). Great coffee, crepes, and bacon shop right down the road. Love, love North Fork!! Love Debbie & Ginnie!! They are welcoming, and available.

Home has a wonderfully relaxing water view. Spacious living area. Very clean. Ginnie and Debbie have great homes for rent. We rent from them 2x a year and are always very happy.

Nice home with great waterview!

Very nice beach home with open living area and fantastic waterview. Very relaxing. Right on the beach. Close to town. Easy to get around and go places. Would highly recommend any home from Debbie and Ginny at Luxury Beach Front Getaway. We rent 2x a year. :-)

2nd summer.....better and better

The 5 days my family and I stayed at the Sound View were Magic! Debbie and Ginnie are so wonderful. Nothing is lacking in the house and the decor is so welcoming and stylish. They stopped by our first day to welcome us and made themselves available throughout our stay. Glorious sunsets from the deck...beach fires for S'mores..kayaking..BBQs (with the best marinated meat from My Butcher, just down the road). This year we took the grandkids to Harbes Farm (a must) and the Aquarium in Riverhead (20 min). Did I say it was a perfect vacation!!!! It is now an official family tradition, booking for summer 2016.

Fantastic family getaway! Stunning house and views

When you book online without seeing the property, it is always a bit nerveracking. As soon as we opened the door, we were taken back ... the house is stunning, in and out! We could have not dreamed of a better experience. It is roomy, airy, clean, and most importantly so spacious, including the deck. Let's not forget the unbelievable views with windows everywhere, you feel as if you're on the water, granted the water is just a few feet away.

This was a wonderful family 3-day getaway, and we were 9! We had family visiting from France, including my 84-year old aunt, for whom we needed to ensure very little steps, this house is perfect!!

The kitchen had everything we needed, I would recommend adding a few more serving platters though. The bathroom had all the towels we needed for all 9 of us, if not more.

We have nothing to complain about, but raving reviews for such a beautiful home, right on the beach. What we did enjoy very much was how peaceful it was, such little amount of other houses nearby make it a special retreat. We shall return for sure!

WOW!! We had such a great experience with Virginia and Debbie!

WOW!! We had such a great experience with Virginia and Debbie! They were very kind, flexible and attentive to our needs. They had another property that was available nearby and gave us an amazing deal on the upgrade (Sound View). We were blown away by how nice the property was. Everything was very clean and well thought out. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. They really do a great job thinking of all the little things. The area was nice, quiet, very private, and the people were friendly. It's the perfect place for a romantic getaway from NYC. The beach was clean and the sound is beautiful (and romantic!). Both nights we dined out and visited the restaurants they suggested, one of which (La Plage) was only a block away! A hidden gem within walking distance! It's a very cozy atmosphere with a well thought out and prepared menu. The wine list is also impressive. We walked around the neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, especially under the moonlight :) The following night we visited Buoy One restaurant for the clam bake and decided to split one between us. Good thing we did, it was tremendous! Virginia and Debbie's suggestions were spot on and made the weekend so much better knowing the in's and out's of the local area. They were so helpful I really can't say enough good things about them. Thanks again for all that you did for us! We look forward to coming back again soon :)
