Beautiful little cottage right by the beach! The home decor and overall feel makes you want to go home and redecorate! Very warm and welcoming! This will be a yearly get away for sure!! Amazing sunsets and quiet beach was just what I needed!!!

Great Stay

I can't believe there's that little pathway to the beach... The jacuzzi was immaculate and so fun. The owners really thought of everything for our stay. I reccomened!!

This house is gorgeous, so much better than the photos. It's clean and cosy, incredibly well-equipped and has spectacular views. Moments walk from the beautiful quiet beach - a mixture of sand and pebble - and less than an hour's drive from West Hampton and the surrounding public sandy beaches when you want the ocean. So much to do around the area for families - Splish Spkash, the aquarium, plenty of restaurants etc. Debbie & Virginia from Luxury Beachfront Getaway couldn't have been more helpful, we can't wait to go back!

Very cozy beach house!

Very cozy beach house, even nicer in person! Has a very casual and homey beach feel to it. The house is surrounded by windows which overlook the beach with excellent beach views! The beds, linens and couches are very comfortable as well. Although the location is a bit far from the majority of the wineries (25-30 min drive), the house makes and feel of the charming little town make it worth it. Only flaw I'd say about the place is that the TV wasn't clear (fuzzy picture) and the gas grill could use some internal cleaning - seems that the gas lines we're clogged so it was hard to get the flame to operate above medium. Other than that, it was just what we were looking for and we'd very much consider renting it again if we're back in the area.

We had a wonderful experience at the Dunes Beach House! As a caretaker for my mother I really need some time away, but couldn't be gone for very long. Renting the Dunes Beach House for a long weekend was the perfect option. I was able to relax in a home away from home and was even able to invite my Long Island family over for a barbecue. The house was spacious, nicely decorated, and immaculately clean. The location was easy to find and convenient for visiting the area or just popping over to the grocery store. I would definitely recommend LuxuryBeachFrontGetaways and the Dunes Beach House.

Rocky Point Getaway

We loved our stay at the Dunes. A perfect getaway. Close to the North Fork wine trail yet away from it all. Beautiful home with every amenity, walks on the beach and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Perfect! We checked out a bunch of wineries and will add some of those reviews soon! Kon-to-Kosta, Lenz, Costello Di Borghese, Paumanok, Macari, Roanoke, Jamesport Vineyards, Raphael, Baiting Hollow, Martha Clara, McCalls and Duckwalk (for Port) were all winners. Can't wait to visit again!

The house was a positive surprice!

The house was way better in the reality than in the fotos. The yard, gas-grill and jacuzzi were nice. Beach was really close and I even went swimming despite the cold water. Shops and restaurants are kilometers away so car is a must. The house was clean and kitchen well equipped. Only negative things in the kitchen were worn-out frying pan and missing dishwasher detergent. Toilet, shower and badrooms were in the upstairs. Master bedroom was big and it had balcony. The other bedroom was a bit too small. Matresses were really, really soft in the beds. Make sure that you are "at home" at the time of sunset ;)

Wonderful house in perfect beach get away location

The house is exactly as you see in the photos, so we'll maintained and spotlessly clean. Everything you need is there. Such a relaxing experience.
