We had a great time. The house was very clean ,we had everything we needed.
The hostess are amazing. We definitely will go back to that house and will recommend it to our friends.

Our extended family enjoyed a weekend at Villa Maria to attend a wedding in Bolton, and this house worked very well for our needs! The large kitchen and dining areas provided plenty of room for our large group, and the unusually warm October weather even allowed us to enjoy coffee on the front porch in the mornings as an added bonus! The house's location within walking distance to Main Street shops, the grocery store and the Sagamore resort made it a perfect fit for us. Everyone in our group commented positively on the house, and we hope to be able to come back for a longer stay in the future!

My sisters and I rented this beautiful home for our family of 13 to celebrate our father's 80th birthday. The home is clean, neat, and well equipped. The rooms are spacious and we loved the screened porch in the evenings! The location is amazing...less than a 5 minute walk to main street Bolton Landing (restaurants, shops, churches, parks, beach, etc). Had to the call the owners with one minor issue and they responded in a very timely manner. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!!!

Villa Maria is a wonderful vacation property. The house is well maintained, has great character and was very well equipped. As others have mentioned Bolton Landing is a great town. Restaurants, beaches and stores are within easy walking distance while the house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood two blocks off the Main thoroughfare. We were a large group of 6 adults and 6 kids but the house easily accommodated us. Overall the house is exactly as advertised and a great place for a Lake George vacation.

Our second visit to this home and praying for more! Close to town and Lake - really close as in 2 blocks!!!! Many options for large group. The home is super comfy! Every night we sat in the huge dining room for dinners and games.

We had a great week at Villa Maria -- Thank you! There was certainly plenty of room...just 4 of us for the week, but also had another family of 4 join us for a couple of days. No problems finding beds for everyone! The house was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also was very nice to have a big dining room, which easily fit the 8 of us for dinner one night. It was a short walk to everything in town, including the grocery store. Having a home to relax in at the end of the day is the only way to vacation! Plenty of fun things to do in the area ---- Adirondack Extreme ropes/ziplines, horseback riding, tubing, jet skiing, beaches, shopping in town & in Lake George.
The Owners were very responsive and easy to deal with.
