Heaven on earth

Seriously, this place is heaven on earth. We have been here three times....and I hope to continue to enjoy the serenity, simplicity and quaintness of this cottage on Keuka Lake. We are regular Keuka Lake renters and have enjoyed several houses throughout the years. I love Koz's...why? The neighbors are great (only one side and very helpful).The lawn is lake level, the views are great, its very private (below the road), the fishing is amazing and the owners very accommodating. The house 'feels' like a cottage....unpretentious but has everything you need, although the addition of a dishwasher would put my review over the edge!

Had a great time at the Cottage.

Hello,

I would like to let you know that we had a great time at the Cottage.
I include a picture of me holding the largest fish that we caught a 21 3/4" Pickerel. We did catch a lot of Bass and a few Pickerel right off the dock.
