Love how they kept all of the older features of the home which made it feel like a cute cottage. The decor was such a nice touch as well. We loved the location as we had a wedding to attend at the Downs. The ample towels were fantastic, along with having a washer dryer. 1 for flexible parking too!

Can’t recommend this property enough! Had some family and friends come into town and we rented the house for them to stay in. Location is 10/10 - close to everything and on the best part of MTK - east lake. Views are amazing and the house has everything you need. The communication with the house manager was wonderful as well- if we had any questions they were super quick to respond. Would absolutely stay again.

Home was perfect for a group of 8! Clean, exactly as described. Property manager was very accommodating and easy to reach. Had everything a renter could want for a large group. With bad weather the area of porch that was covered was a big plus. Having porch on second level from bedrooms was also a pleasant surprise. Would love to stay again!

Great stay at this property. The place was very clean and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. Location was easy to get to anywhere we wanted by Uber. Would absolutely rent again!

We were a group of 7 adults, mostly couples Had a great stay. Bedrooms are big and comfortable. Nice kitchen and living room area to hang out in. Well equipped and good location. Just a couple minutes drive from town. Aisja was very friendly, accommodating and communicative. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

We had a wonderful stay @ this Montauk house. It was everything we needed while visiting for a family wedding. The house is in a wonderful and peaceful location. It is very clean & spacious too!
