The location was great for our needs,,,close to the golf course for the men close to shopping for the ladies and close proximity to Gurneys for a wedding,,,we were a group of three siblings with our spouses and it worked out quite well...we recommend this house

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at this house. The house has been updated and it is beautiful! So clean, spacious, and had everything we could have wanted. It was a short 10 minute walk to the beach and not too far from town. Marie was great to rent from, and I will definitely be looking to rent this house again next year!

The house was updated from all the picutures online. Very cute and beach and outside patio was beautiful.

I stayed here in 2018 and really enjoyed the place. Will definitely rent again. Everything was clean, bicycles worked great, and the distance to the beach was perfect.

We were out in Montauk for a wedding. This house was the perfect set up for us. Very clean and neat. I didn't think to ask about blankets/linens so I did pack lots of those item also to include many other items. I didn't need any of those items. The owners had everything. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with.
We had such a great weekend, I would defiantly rent from this owner again.

The house was just as promised. Clean and with a homey feeling so it was easy to relax and have fun. The owner was so easy to work with and welcomed me to any of the food in her refrigerator. I highly recommend this house!
