Beautiful Home!
We stayed here for a weekend in February, and had the opportunity to do some ice fishing out on the lake. The location was gorgeous, and the home was even better than the pictures showed!

We rented this property at the end of January 2020 to celebrate a birthday. The house was very easy to find and close enough to travel to the outlets for shopping, local Target and Walmart were 15-20 minutes away. We went to Oak Mountain for snowboarding and Lake Tupper about 2 hours away to the Wild Center. We were a group of 7 adults with a 2 year old. The interior of the house was just GORGEOUS!! The entry code had no issues and it was easy to lock up when we were gone. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, the dining room table fit all of us for meals and board games and we were able to all sit in the living room together. The view from the middle bedroom overlooking the lake covered in fresh snow was just beautiful! The beds were comfortable and we loved all the extra pillows! The thermostat was simple to use and the house was warm. The house didn’t even need to be kid proofed unless you have a newer walker, the main stairs don’t have posts with a railing on one side so you may want to bring a baby gate. The basement had a pool table and entrance to the outdoor hot tub which was easy to use and super relaxing! There were extra board games and kids books to read along with a TV in every room. There were plenty of regular and beach towels to use and the washer and dryer are self explanatory. A few of our braver friends walked out onto the frozen lake and we loved taking a group photo with the fresh snow on the lake behind us. We had a very minor issue with one of the burners on the stove but I got a quick response back to my email, willing to send maintenance over but we didn’t need to use it anymore so we declined. Can’t wait to try a summer trip here and go out on kayaks! Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Ann - the house perfect for the size of our group. The site overlooking the lake is beautiful and made our holidays special. It had space for everyone to keep busy or relax. Hope to stay here again during summer season!

We were a group of 11; it was amazing! We lost power for a short time during a storm, lanterns were there for us, batteries too! We loved everything about this house!

This place was wonderful. What a way to get away from NYC with my wife, Mother in law and our little pup. The place is so quiet and we love how close to the lake we are. To wake up with that view. The hot tub and pool table was an unexpected plus. Check-in was easy and we had a ton of stuff here to do we didn't even need to bring any games. We had a great time and would gladly come back in the summer when we could really utilize the lake.

The house was amazing. Open and spacious. So nicely decorated and clean. The lakefront was where we spent all our days. The bar/game room was perfect for rainy nights. The kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun for kids and us adults who attempted..... The Northern Living team was wonderful to us, thank you!

This home is so gorgeous! Amazing views of sunset from high and low balcony! The dock is perfect for boats and the home is spacious and more than enough room for the entire extended family!

Myself and a group stayed over for two nights, the unit had everything we needed to have a great time. Favorite part was the top deck view. Plenty of space and bathrooms to not feel crowded with a larger group. If you’re looking to get away, this is the place.
