A beautiful house by the lake

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house was clean and both the house and the lake were beautiful. While communication was overall good with the property manager, some of the Northern Living association regulations were unexpected and frustrating. For instance, we could not get check in procedures prior to 1 hour before the stay and some of the extra fees (while indeed mentioned on the website) could have been more clear up front (for instance, $100 charge per pet, extra fee for canoeing which in the end was not allowed by Northern Living due to it being early in the season). Overall I would recommend the property, but would disclose this information more freely so that others are more prepared for the idiosyncrasies of the property association group up front.

Clean, Comfy and Cozy

We loved this property and wholeheartedly enjoyed our stay. The space was super easy to get to and check in and met all of our expectations from the listing. All of the rooms were clean and comfortable and easy to "make a home" in for the few days that we stayed. Katelyn, the property manager was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in town with a large group!

Cozy and sweet house with a beautiful view and hot tub

Such a nice place to stay with family. One piece of feedback is to reorient the family room on the ground floor of the house — TV could be repositioned to allow for better viewing.

Summer Fun

Our family stayed at this property for a big family vacation. Our children had a blast it is a great location for kids!

Lakefront getaway

We loved this spot. Perfect for our three kids 7-13. Little one fished all day, (bring rods or Walmart close) lots of tvs for family movie night or older boy to set up his PS4. Life jackets avail and kayaks and paddle boards. Lake warm enough in June to swim and so many hangout and dining spots on the property. Day trips into Lake George so fun and close. Just perfect for a family wanting a beautiful serene lake right in the backyard. Check in a breeze and great WiFi!

Beautiful lake house

Katelyn was awesome at answering all our questions promptly and professionally. Our group enjoyed our winter getaway at this property and would love to be back when the weather warms up.

Peace and quiet

The property has beautiful views and is close to town. The home is immaculate and comfortable with some nice added touches. Highly recommended!
