Was great for my family. Had my mom and dad in queen bed upstairs, brother, his wife, and two young (5mo and 3 yrs) in queen bed suite upstairs, me and my wife in twin bed upstairs, and my two daughters (10,13) in twin beds in lower level. Suite above and twin bed room below has own bathroom. We had to share full bath above and half bath on lower.
We like tennis, so the tennis court attracted us to this place. But we were very disappointed because the tennis court was unusable. It was opened for the season, but not maintained. Court was a soft Hartru tennis court with weeds and did not allow for any true bounce. And the court is on Owner's other property which requires you to walk across one other home's property.
There were so many other good surprises in the house that made up for the lack of tennis ‐‐ an amazing deck where you can see the beaver dam creek, a hot tub under the deck, a ping pong table, a second lounge area on lower floor, a nice large pool, kayaks, a canoe, and crab traps!
Also, don't expect luxury. Think rustic. The twin beds need updating, and the lower bedroom is essentially like a bedroom in a basement. But the house works and is fully stocked with everything you need. We don't require luxury, and we would definitely rent again.
