Rented this property for an offsite location with my management team. We spent the days working around the table, surrounded by beautiful views (including whales playing just offshore), and evenings on the deck and going into town. It was perfect, and the whole experience was well communicated and organized.

I booked this house for my husband's 35th birthday for us to celebrate with our children and our in laws and their kids. First, the house is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. It is clean and literally has everything you will need (like seriously everything!). The deck is just wonderful and is the best place to just sit and relax. I honestly cannot think of a negative thing to say. From arrival to departure, Dru was amazing. This house has everything you need (bikes, beach chairs, towels, beach toys, sound system...I can do on and on). We are figuring out when we can book again for next year!

We had such a great week in this house. The deck alone is amazing with it's wonderful views. Dru was so kind and easy to work with. The house was stocked with bikes, beach towels and clean linens - as the title states The Perfect Beach House!

My family of 11 stayed at this wonderful home for a long week-end. We were 6 adults and 5 children aged 5-11. The location was perfect... a short walk from the ferry, close to several restaurants and ice cream shops, and, of course, as close to the ocean as possible. The views from the house, especially at sun rise and sun set were amazing. From the wrap around deck we could see the children playing outdoors from every vantage point. The house itself was immaculate and every convenience possible was available (beach chairs, 12 bicycles, rafts, sand pails and shovels, etc. We had several concerns during our short stay, but they were addressed immediately via text messages. Our grandchildren actually cried when it was time to leave and made us promise we would return in the future. We are looking forward to doing just that.

We had a great family vacation here. The house is right on the beach and there was plenty of room for our group of 12. Really a wonderful place to spend a great weekend at the beach.

This house is amazing. Right on the water with spectacular views of the ocean and bay. The view of the sunrise and sunset from the deck were awesome. The house had plenty of room for our large extended family. The furniture on the wrap around deck essentially doubles the living space. A repeat visit may be in our future!

We rented the property to celebrate my birthday and say goodbye to summer - what we got was so much more.
First, the house. The photos don't do it justice. It's clean, new and extremely well maintained. There's plenty of space to entertain between the living room and the wrap around deck and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to feed a small army. The house has a fantastic sound system with two zones (one in the living room and one on the deck) which is such a great feature - we spent our evenings between the living room and the deck so it was nice to have a seamless sound system. The bedrooms are spacious and the views are just stunning. The house is right on the beach, so going to and from is effortless - no need to pack a day's worth of supplies to go to the beach! It's also a 5 minute walk from two restaurants, the grocery store and the liquor store. Perfect house with a perfect location!
Secondly, Dru. From the initial contact when reserving the property to the very end, Dru was extremely responsive and sweet. She's very clear about her expectations and the line of communication is great. She's accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Any message I sent was replied to in a timely manner and any questions and requests I had were answered. Before we arrived she provided us with all the possible information we could need while staying at her house, and once we got there, she had also provided a binder filled with more useful information.
We had an amazing time. It's the kind of property where people want to let loose and just enjoy. HIGHLY recommend this property!

Can't say enough great things about my experience with renting this house. Dru was a pleasure to work with...made the rental process so easy and stress free. The house was absolutely amazing...literally right on the beach! The porch that faces the water is perfect ... didn't leave it all weekend! Can't wait to go back!
