We had a wonderful long weekend. It was the perfect location - right on the water, and just a two block walk to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed sitting on the decks overlooking the docks and watching all the boats passing by. The house was clean and as advertised. Claude was super at communicating.

Claude's place was a nice spot to stay while we were in town for a wedding. I was surprised that linens and towels weren't included (and didn't see that anywhere in the listing). But Claude was able to accommodate us. Thanks.

Our family had a wonderful time in Alexandria Bay. The condo was well equipped and clean. We loved being in walking distance of all the restaurants, stores and the Ferry Boat. Waking up every morning and watching the sunrise off the balcony with a cup of coffee, was our favorite time of day.
Claude was always quick in replying and was very helpful. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be able to do it again soon.

Great views as you walk in. Really enjoyed watching the boats come and go in the Harbor docks. House has everything needed and is new and clean. Great family spot. We dock a rental ponton right out back. Great place, will be back next year.

There is a reason this property gets such great reviews. It is absolutely perfect for a stay in Alexandria Bay. First, the owner is so responsive and patient as he answers all your questions about the property and the Bay. Then, the property itself is just PERFECT. It is right on the water in a fun and happenin' spot. We visited the Bay for a girls weekend and all ten of us had plenty of space to sleep and relax (balconies off each floor!). However, we didn't even spend too much time at the house because it's a 3 minute walk to all the A-Bay action. So many cool bars and restaurants in walking distance (the Riverboat Bar was AWESOME). I'll be back to this place as long as Claude rents it!

We had a fantastic stay at this house. The location can not be beat, we sat on the deck all day just watching the boats come into the bay! You could also see the ocean liners from the house going through the main channel. It is just a few minute walk to downtown which was great for restaurants and bars. The beach was just a few steps from the house, great for families with a playground at the beach. We were able to sleep 10 adults comfortably. I cant say enough about the location and the house. Everything could not have worked out better. I would absolutely book this property again.

Overall we were looking for a low key waterfront property for 10 people and this was the best!! The three balconies added panoramic views all day as we watched the many boats come in and out of the marina. We also were close enough in town to walk in and explore A-Bay. The owner made it easy to coordinate payments and the neighbors were also great people! Can't wait to go back!

We have gone here for the past 3 years. It is absolutely beautiful!! Very clean and very accessible to the little shops in town, various boat cruises and fine dinning areas. If you love to watch boats this is the place for you. Definitely will come back again next year.
