Big house, very comfortable bed accommodations and great pool!!

House is quite big with 3 living rooms downstairs each with sofas. We fit all 8 of us upstairs in the bedrooms and slept great. Pool was awesome and came with lots of floats and deck chairs to enjoy the sun. Only observation was that the house was sparsely stocked (think basics: salt, butter, oil, etc.) so remember to bring/buy everything you need if you plan on cooking. Also, we could have used a few more towels. Otherwise, this house was perfect for our long weekend.

GREAT!

We loved it here! There were 6 of us, we had plenty of room and the house is beautiful. Malbora is a pleasure to work with, and very accommodating. We hope to stay again in the future!

Pool smaller than expected. House is far from everything.

I've been renting houses in the Hamptons for the last three years and this was by far my worst experience. First, we got to the house and there were two rolls of toilet paper in the entire place so I would definitely encourage bringing your own. Actually, I would encourage you to bring anything you need because the house really didn't come stocked with anything. The pool is also much smaller than appears in the picture. We had two floaties and they basically took up the entire pool. Some of the backyard furniture and even some of the linens were dirty! If you are charging a cleaning fee (which the owner does), I would expect the linens to be clean when I arrive.

On another note, the size of the house is great and easily slept the four couples in my group. We definitely could have brought some friends had we known!

In general, the owner was pretty hands off except she was being strange about having cars parked on the street in front of the house even though the house is on a dead end street. We brought four cars and had to squeeze them into the tiny driveway.

I know this isn't the fault of the owner/listing but the house is quite far from good bars and beaches. Maybe I've been spoiled by houses with good locations in the past but this was a real nightmare. Getting ubers to take us to and from Montauk was impossible and it was very time consuming for them to arrive when we were able to connect in the app.

My family wanted to try out a new house this summer but it was clearly a mistake. There are a lot of houses in this area on VRBO that are much better value. Keep searching!
