Great location with easy access to Lake Placid. Even though the location is just off a main road it is very private and peaceful. Nice fire pit in back.

Our stay at the cottage was simply wonderful. The place was easy to find and check in. The chalet itself is super cozy and nice, the location is gorgeous, the views are amazing and the cottage was just as described and even better - clean, cozy, stocked with necessities and very private, the lot is surrounded by trees and you will hardly see any other people. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed. The house was roomie and a perfect size for my family of eight. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch....an outdoor freshness without the mosquitoes. Jason, home owner, was quick to answer all my questions. My young grandchildren could have used a larger area for outside play. The neighborhood was not conducive to a walk or bike riding. Close to shopping and village so a short car ride took us to whatever we needed. The complimentary coffee and condiments were an added perk.

We rented this house for 1 week in July 2017. Our group included a family of 6 (grandparents, parents, 1 young adult, and 1 teenager). We were all so impressed by this property. Very clean and well appointed. We didn't want for anything, and there were several items we could have left home as they were provided. The location is great...only 7 miles to Lake Placid. We were only minutes away from the charming town of Saranac Lake. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I will definitely be coming back to this area and will be looking to rent from Jason again. Also, we were allowed to bring our small dog. Not many places will allow this, so this was a huge plus for us! Our little dog was able to try some paddle boarding on Mirror Lake. :)
