Perfect view of Sodus Bay and very secluded.
My family had a wonderful time and plan to rent this cottage again in 2019, but for a longer time frame to better enjoy the accommodations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Sodus Bay property. It was very private and the location ideal for us to walk to Alasa, Third Creek and the old summer cottage. Can't wait to return next summer!
To answer your question, we have not received our security deposit as of yet. Will confirm receiving it when we do.

Beautiful, relaxing, private
This was our family's 4th year at the cottage. The new rugs were nice. It didn't disappoint. The cottage was private, open and spacious, relaxing, clean and allowed us all to have a great week at the lake. Even with all the rain the dock was useable- thank you!!! We will be back!!

Perfect!
This was our third year renting this beautiful house. We love the open floor plan and kitchen that allows us to cook amazing dinners while being together as a family. The deck is large and private and the views of the lake are great. There's nothing like a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning looking at the lake that looks like glass. This year we saw a bald eagle fly by almost everyday. Our children love the open space in the house and on the deck. And having the dock to rent a boat is key. Thank you again for a great vacation!!! We will be back!

Awesome Location
My family and I had an excellent time at this Sodus Bay vacation rental. The house was very nice and well-equipped with everything we would need. The back deck allowed for incredible views of the bay and was probably the favorite part of my vacation. We also had a lot of fun fishing every day from the dock. We rented a motor boat from a nearby boating shop to explore the bay. The location offered plenty to do as it was close enough to the beach, restaurants, and wineries (in Geneva). We would recommend this rental to any family or group of friends looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.
