Great property right on Keuka Lake. A ton of deck space and a great beach front as well. Incredible views looking both North and South. Very easy in terms of check in and check out. The owners were very friendly and quick when it came to communication. We highly recommend and would come back here again!

We rented the cottage for a last minute getaway weekend, and it was perfect! I could sit out on the deck all day, and the outside shower is great! We had several people there with mobility issues, and they were able to enjoy lake time thanks to the easy access and no stairs to access the cottage. Thank you for a spectacular getaway!

We rented this house for a girls weekend in Nov, adorable house and perfect location for the Keuka Wine Trail. FYI there is no internet or TV in the fall/winter months, which we were not aware of until after we booked. But otherwise it was a great house on the lake.

This was our first vacation in 8 years as a family. It was perfect. We were able to relax at the lake, paddle around Lake Keuka and make s’mores in the fire pit. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation. The property was fantastic. We plan on returning in the future.

Wayne's cottage on the lake is simply beautiful. The views of Keuka Lake are incredible! We went here as a family for about a week and had a great time. Wayne met us there and showed us around the property, including how to use the boat and helpful information for the area. The only thing was there was a few cobwebs in the house we had to clean in the corners and windows when we arrived, but other than that, the home was very clean. The place was exactly as the listing describes, with all amenities. My favorite part was the skylights all over the house! Just beautiful! We had a fire every night, and my dad went fishing and rode on the boat everyday! Thanks Wayne!

Lots of amenities in this cottage, and the extra outbuilding was sweet! The level beach was just right for kids and adults, and the large deck offered a lovely view.
