There are a few restrictions in the town of Lake Placid for rentals such as this which you should ask about before reserving. But all in all this is a fabulous place to stay.

This house is perfect for a large group of friends. There was enough privacy with us all having our own rooms and it never felt cramped. Before the trip was even over, we all talked about renting this house again next year.

Friends and I rented this property for a long weekend. The location was great, it’s right near the lake on a quiet street. There is a Stewart’s at the corner and a grocery store very close by. The property is great for entertaining and is very spacious and comfortable. The grill, porch, and large TVs were perfect for our group. Everything you need Is already at the rental so just bring your own food and drinks. Ann was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the town. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean, modern, and very large. The location was also fantastic (very close to town). Was a perfect venue for a family get together. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at Iroquois Lodge and look forward to future visits. Excellent communication from both the owner and the property manager kept us at ease before and during our stay.

We had an amazing weekend in this incredible house. Easy walk to the corner store and about a 15 min or so walk into town. The amenities and home were perfect. We'll be staying here again no doubt!

Beautiful house in a great location. The house is well kept and very large. Located in a nice area with plenty to do in area. I would highly suggest this property
