Very nice cottage, quite cozy, with all the amenities you need. Loved the screened porch and open deck! Very nice flat yard, and so close to the water. Nice accommodation to dock our boat.

My family had a wonderful time at the lake in this lovely cottage. Whitney Bay is peaceful and private. My children loved fishing and floating off the dock. We also rented a pontoon boat which we were easily able to tie up off the dock. The cottage was comfortable and had exactly what we needed. We want to go back ASAP!

Everything about the listing and reviews are exactly right! This place was great for my family. I have a wife and two daughters that are extreme neat freaks, so it’s really hard to find a place that they are happy with. This place knocked it out of the park!!

The location is unbeatable, as the house is located right on the lake. This is what made the stay enjoyable. The house is perfect for a family vacationing together and accommodated 6 of us well. The fire pit near the water was nice and we enjoyed roasting marshmallows together while taking in the sunset. It was also nice to have the outdoor grill. It was a wonderful and relaxing stay!

The location is unbeatable, as the house is located right on the lake. This is what made the stay enjoyable. If you plan to kayak, I advise you to bring your own, as the ones on the property are not for guest use.
The house is perfect for a family vacationing together and accomadated 6 of us well. The only down side was having to share one bathroom for so many, but if everyone splits morning/evening showers, it’s doable.
