The Grand Pines Lodge was the perfect location to host our annual weekend get together of childhood friends. The house was extremely clean and comfortable for all ten guests that attended. Of particular note, all amenities including the hot tub and sauna were in excellent condition. We highly recommend Grand Pines Lodge to anyone that is looking for a property in the Lake Placid region.

We rented Grand Jay, Grand Meadows, Grand Pines, and Ebs View lodges from Gene in September 2018 to host our wedding and many of our guests. The whole experience was fantastic! Gene's properties were the perfect way to welcome our friends and family to the Adirondacks and were the best possible backdrop for our wedding. All of our guests had everything they needed to have a fun and relaxing weekend of hiking, exploring Lake Placid, and celebrating. We would definitely rent any of Gene's properties again next time we are in Lake Placid and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area!

The weather was perfect, did a lot of hiking!!
Our family tends to make a lot of full meals at the house. We invited friends over & enjoyed the ping pong table along with all nights talking & playing games around the fire pit. Plenty of room & more than enough beds & bathrooms to accommodate.
Not far from Lake Placid shops & restaurants & grocery store.
A wonderful time was had by all!!

Loved the house, great location, owner was accommodating and not over bearing. Our kids loved the basement and the hot tub, and the fact that one of the rooms slept all of them together (5). We will most certainly rent from Gene again. No nonsense and easy!

Thank you Gene! We enjoyed a long weekend and could have not asked for a better house to stay at. The location was perfect and the house was clean, well- maintained, had plenty of room for 14 people and more. We loved the fire pit and game rooms. Also the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. We will be returning.

We loved the house and setting of Grand Pines Lodge for our annual family vacation. It easily accommodated 9 people with room for more. The house was well stocked and clean when we arrived. Being within close driving distance of Lake Placid and numerous trailheads allowed plenty of recreation opportunities. Highly recommended!
