Great place to get away to. House was immaculate and owners were friendly and helpful views from deck, fire pit, dock were all fantastic. Location is across lake from Bristol Harbour so away from busyness of north end of lake but still only 15 minute drive from town.

We loved our stay at John & Dola's property. The property was extremely clean and they were very welcoming. We spent most of our time on the dock swimming. The kids had a blast!

Dola was a great host and was flexible to our individual needs. She was very responsive to our texts and calls before and during our stay. The property is unbelievably beautiful, and frankly the pictures don't do it justice. The house was also very comfortable and well stocked, and we would book again here in a second. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakeside home. The house was very comfortable and the views of the lake were breathtaking. The house had everything we needed and the lake was so private and refreshing. We took full advantage of all the natural beauty in the area including Letchworth State Park, Stony Brook and Watkins Glen (a must see)!! I highly recommend this property and its owners were very accommodating and gracious.

We had a great week at this lake house. The house was very clean and true to the listing. The beds were comfortable and all linens were provided. The wifi was sort of spotty but not unmanageable. The steps down to the lake were steep but there were spots along the way that to take a rest if needed. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The Canandaigua Lake Guest Home was a great place for me and college friends to stay for 4 nights. Having a busy itinerary did not make the one bathroom seem like a problem as one may think it would. The accommodations to every detail was included and located easily. The cleanliness was very impressive and updated amenities added to the warmth of our lovely visit. I would recommend this lake house to anyone who can be grateful of the opportunity, respectful of others property and just wants another place to have great memories with family or friends.
This lake house owner, Dola and John, were very accommodating and it was clear it was not their “first rodeo” of managing property for others to enjoy.
