The pictures on this listing don't do the property justice - it's even better in person! The space is beautifully done, tastefully decorated, and really well stocked for guests. Close to Lake Erie and Chautauqua, surrounded by vineyards, and plenty of charm. The fire pit area was a definite bonus, as well!
If you're a light sleeper, heads up that the train does go past the house pretty frequently and has a loud horn. But you get used to it pretty quickly!

We have an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is the perfect combination of old schoolhouse charm and decor with all of the modern comforts you could want. It is also in a perfect location to explore wineries and breweries throughout PA and New York. The property owner was wonderful and communicated everything we needed. We are definitely looking forward to going back

Our stay at the schoolhouse was amazing. From our reservation to our checkout communication with the owner was so simple and easy. The schoolhouse charm was so inviting and made for such a relaxing, cozy weekend with family. The owner obviously takes great pride in their property. It was simply beautiful in every way. The owner also left a list of local restaurants and things to do in the area. This was extremely helpful. Our weekend was perfect! Thank you.
