Stayed at Moose over Labor Day weekend 2020 with 13 adults in their early 30s. There is plenty of room and privacy for large groups. The house was spotless upon arrival and everything worked without issue. Amy (the owner), was EXTREMELY helpful both before and during the trip making sure we had all the help we needed to have a great time. I would recommend this property without hesitation for groups looking for a serene Adirondacks retreat.

The location was perfect for our group and all the teens had an absolute blast. The property is clean and well manicured. Amy the owner is an absolute sweetheart who made our visit very welcoming. She was available and attentive for every little thing we could possibly need and was extremely helpful in giving us ideas and suggestions about area activities with detailed directions and all. She was also open and appreciative of feedback on a few things that could enhance the already charming property. I would definitely go back at some point in the future.

Went to Lake George for a bachelorette party with some friends. We love this location, we were very secluded. We didn't have to worry about being too loud for neighbors, or having loud neighbors. They have an amazing fire pit, with a lot of seating. The owner even ask if we'd like to buy wood for it. The house itself was very beautiful, a lot of space and kept very clean. Just make sure you read the descriptions of the bedrooms. We thought we had 9 bedrooms for 9 girls in the main house, and there was only 5 bedrooms in the main house, all with full/ queen size beds. (But that was a boo-boo on my end). There is no service up there, but they do have WIFI, it worked really well for us. The only problem we had was that we did not see a grill on the property, and it was listed that it was. Also it was hard to find the cabin on the road, we had an address of 144 and it was actually 154, only for the Moose Mtn lodge sign we would've never found it. But overall, my friends and I had a blast, and would definitely come back again.

This was a perfect place that accommodated our large group and was close to the town of Lake George. Everything was very clean and spacious, there was plenty of space for parking, and the surroundings were beautiful.
Amy was a little tough to get a hold of through Vrbo, but she responded quickly via phone/text. She was also kind enough to come to the property asap when we needed her help.
I would highly recommend this place!

This property was great! We used the main and bunk houses. The area was very quiet and secluded with plenty of space in and out of the houses for all 15 of us (8 kids ranging from 2-13). We were hoping to be a little closer to Lake George but the 30 minute ride was actually beautiful and went quick. It was also nice for the members of our group who are at higher risk of contracting Covid to be away from the crowds. The Lake was busy and nobody had boats for rent so the owner’s recommendations of places to swim/ visit were helpful. Amy, the owner, was quick to respond while we were planning, accommodating of our needs, and a pleasure just to talk to! We would recommend this property to anyone and we are already making family plans to hopefully visit again this winter. Thanks for creating a wonderful memory for our family, especially during these uncertain times!!!!

We were a group of 13 friends who rented this property amid the Covid pandemic & were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. We rented the main house & 1 of the cottages & both were extremely clean & well kept. The house has a lot of nice touches to it be it the fresh flowers or the tiny titbits that adds to the decor. The AC on the main level worked great & we never felt uncomfortable inside.
I had spoken to Amy a few times before booking & prior to our stay & she was very friendly & very quick to response.
There are a lot of bugs in the area; but you get that being so close to nature. There was no phone service but WiFi worked fine in the main house & she had a landline as well.
It is a great property for a big group with ample of space for everyone.

The property was exactly as listed and was very clean and as advertised. Amy was very accommodating given the current circumstances with COVID and ensured us that the house was clean and all linens were was and rooms sterilized before our visit. Amy also supplied us with a list of areas to swim to avoid any crowds and offered tubes and floats as well ( we did not utilize them). Overall the property and houses were great and I would recommend this place to any one trying to get away with family or friends.
