Nice house for large family gathering

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house is warm and spacious, and we appreciated the large bedrooms and multitude of bathrooms! The property is convenient to several small towns, yet private. The house itself could use some attentions- the dishwasher is not seated into the counter correctly and some faucets are quite loose, but was clean and comfortable. We were able to clean off the back patio, and it was a perfect gathering place for the family. However, the top decks, the front porch, and the play set were so bug infested and covered with webs as to be unusable. All in all, this is a lovely property for a large family- clean, quiet, and convenient

Gorgeous sunsets!!

Had an excellent time staying at this property. We were a multi-family group; ages ranging from 62yrs- 1yr old. This property & area had something for everyone! We especially liked sitting by the fire pit & watching the sunsets from the deck & 2nd story porch. Came home fully relaxed! Thanks again for the great stay!

Great place for families and toddlers

We had a wonderful time at Bellavista. Clean, attractive, lots of space, everything worked that we needed, no issues. We had our 18 month old daughter there and she had a great time. Comfortable beds.

The only thing to know is that its a bit hidden, and Google Maps doesn't go to the right place - have Waze downloaded (they suggest this).

Would definitely stay again!

Love the View

Our family group stayed at Bella Vista in 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. It was a no brainer to return this year when we were once again able to get together. The home is secluded and quiet, just what we needed to reconnect after two years apart. Everyone in our group agreed that this is the most well stocked rental home we have stayed in. We especially enjoyed the back deck. In the morning we had our breakfast there while watching the humming birds and butterflies feed in the nearby mimosa tree. In the evenings the sunset behind the mountains is breathtaking. We will definitely be returning to Bella Vista!

Great reunion stay

A great place to get a bunch of our families together - 16 of us in total with kids of different ages - plenty of room to play outside or on the swing set, secluded away from everything and able to relax on the property with great deck overlooking the sunset view. Very responsive to any of our needs and even had the lawn company come on short notice to mow the grass - thank you!

Beautiful place We enjoyed our stay

Owners were great House was well equipped
And well furnished. We came for family vacation with 3 young grand kids 18 months, 7 and 9 yr old ,daughter s and son in laws and me and my husband in our seventies and house was good for all of us!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful

BellaVista is a lovely property! The pictures really don’t do the view enough justice. It’s perfectly secluded enough to have privacy but also close to a ton of hikes restaurants and other activities. The house comfortably fit our group of 15 with ease and Alexandra/Vicky were very responsive to any questions or needs! The backyard/porch area was wonderful for our group BBQ. Highly recommend taking a stay with BellaVista

Great Long Weekend

Beautiful views, well appointed, very comfortable home. It rained most of Memorial Day weekend but we enjoyed the wide selection of games, the fireplace and took advantage of the expansive decks to relax outside. The owner was extremely responsive, friendly and provided great tips about places to go around the area. We would absolutely come back. Highly recommended.

Great place! Lovely location.

Great place! Lovely location.
We were a family of 12 with many different ages. This house was perfect we enjoyed relaxing doing day trips and cooking in the kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
