We had a wonderful time at Bella Vista. We spend most of our time enjoying the views from the large back patio. Communication with the hosts was very thorough. I would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Bella Vista for three nights last weekend (MLK, Jr. holiday weekend). The house was beautiful and well appointed for our 15 member family to gather and enjoy. The views of the Catskill Mountains were impressive. The main floor offered 4 separate spaces for smaller family groups to gather for games, puzzles and conversation without anyone feeling shut off from the rest of the Group.

This was the third year we stayed in this house for our girl's getaway weekend. I couldn't ask for a better house!!! It has plenty of room for everyone. The views are amazing. The house is decorated beautifully. The owners are wonderful and quick to respond with any questions. I would recommend this house to everyone. Thank you again for everything. We LOVE this house! A group of 8 women rented the house for a weekend to see the fall leaves. The house was perfect for our get-together. The view from the house was spectacular. Kitchen was well-stocked and perfect for our group meals. We grilled outside — twice — and the grill was very nice. Evening around the fire ring outdoors. Wow! It was perfect. One more thing — we ran into a slight issue with the TV (our fault), and the owner was immediately responsive, used Facetime to walk us through the solution visually. Highly recommend!!

We had a family reunion over Labor Day Weekend. The location was perfect.The property was what we expected. The views were great. The yard was a great place to hang. The house was in really great shape. We were 12 people with two small children. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. Felt like we were staying at a friend's house. Would recommend the property

We stayed here with a group of friends, including 2 children, and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic (feels private and remote, but very easy to get into town and to supermarkets), the house is comfortable and has everything you need, and the views are extraordinary. We were so happy that we chose to stay here, and are already talking about when we can come back - I highly recommend this beautiful house.

Our 15-person group had a fantastic time at the aptly named Bella Vista. The views from the back porch of the Hudson River are stunning and the sunsets are magical. The house has a well-equipped and large kitchen, multiple porches, soccer, volleyball, a firepit and numerous beautiful bedrooms. While we were there, we took advantage of the nearby wine tasting and kayaking. While we were kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding, we had a chance to see waterfalls and bald eagles! The house also has AC, which is great because while we were there it was a humid 95 degrees outside, and the house stayed very cool and comfortable.
