There are plenty of houses on fire island but there are few places you can call home. This is one of them.

This host answered all of my questions promptly & accommodated us with everything we needed. The house was very close to Flynns, Schooners & the ferry & was about a 5-7 min walk to the beach. The separate bungalow allowed 10 of us to fit comfortably in the home & we all fit around the kitchen table comfortably as well. The 2nd bathroom & outdoor shower came in handy as well! Overally very good hospitality & accommodations!

Awesome stay! Perfect for a Large group. We had a great long week stay, minutes to the Ferry/Flynn’s and local deli. Beautiful bay view and quick few block walk to the Beach.

Lydia is a wonderful host, and the cottage is very very close to gorgeous beaches! one thing: do remember to bring your linen closet with you (bathroom/beach towels), including a towel or bathroom rug to step onto when you get out of the shower.

Peters place was very beautiful, small cozy and could hold up to more than 10 people. Everything was so convenient, they had 4 bikes which was very helpful for us in exploring the island. Would definitely recommend. Would also like to remind people to bring their own towels. Thank you!

Peter and Lydia’s home is very centrally located, has a great back porch perfect for grilling and enjoying the weather. Very close to the beach and deli. Would strongly recommend!

We had a great stay at Peter and Lydia's Fire Island home! The house was a SUPER quick walk from the ferry and very close to the beach. We loved the outdoor space and how you could see the bay from the cute breakfast nook. We'll be back! :)
