Perfect beach house! Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. House was spotless, exactly how listed and had great outside area for grilling and relaxing. Would highly recommend staying here.

My friends and I rented this house for a long weekend and couldn't have had a better experience. Peter and Lydia were super easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions prior to arrival as well as during our trip. The house is super close to the ferry stop as well as a local market and in a great and fun part of Fire Island. It was the perfect size for a group of 10 especially considering it's two full bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower), large outdoor patio and living room spaces and a kitchen table that could comfortably seat all of us. We had the best time staying here and I'd definitely come back.

The house was more spacious than expected. The house was very cute and clean. Host was very kind and helpful. Excellent location, extremely close to the ferry :) would love to rent again!!

Pete and Lydia are wonderful hosts. Their house is the perfect fire Island family beach home. Clean, great location, great space for a family! We enjoyed it so very much!

The house was very cute on the outside and much roomier inside than anticipated. Went with a bunch of girl friends and we appreciated the additional outside shower. The location was perfect. Close to ferry and beach. The host couldn’t be more accommodating. Highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

House was kept in exceptional condition by the home owners. Plenty of beach chairs, bikes, propane for the grill. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and the overall condition of the house was great. Much reccomended for future rentals.

The place was great in all aspects, a short walk to the ferry right next to some great bars restaurants and shops and extremely friendly hosts! The house listed 2 bikes but actually had 4, there were supposed to be no towels but the owners left a few a long with some warm blankets. Would highly recommend staying here and will be again in the future.
